This apartment is lovely...clean, safe, well kept, comfortable. It is centrally located in Venice for easy walking to all the sites, shopping, food, wine, activities. Additionally, the hostess Sabina, was the most responsive, kind-hearted, patient and informative hostess I've experienced. I highly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again if I return to Venice.

Everything about this stay was perfect! We could not have asked for a better host and better accommodations. Sabina met us at the train station to help ease our comfort of transitioning from one location to another and provided us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The place was just lovely and stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Outstanding in every way!

Sabina & Paolo are the best. They met us at the train station, helped with the translation to purchase our next train ticket and above all that helped with carrying our luggage.Their home is in a good location, and Sabina explained how everything worked.I would highly recommend staying at their home.

Wonderful, responsive host, Sabine. Apartment is spacious and homey. Kitchen is well stocked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, bars, gelato, and a grocery store. Easy walk to the Rialto area. Highly recommended!

The apartment was wonderful very clean, washer was wonderful. Bedrooms very nice comfortable beds. I love all the family history that Sabina mentioned to us. It was extra special to stay in her childhood home. Very quiet area.She was very nice to meet us at the bus station and walk us to the apartment. Along the way, giving us a lot of information. Would totally recommend this apartment.

Sabina’s apartment is beautiful, well located and very spacious! From the start, Sabina kept us well informed and met us at the bus stop to walk us to the apartment. She’s friendly, thoughtful and very responsive. We truly loved our stay and it certainly made our trip enjoyable! We would love to return again one day! 10/10!

A very well-situated apartment, near the Frari Church but an easy 20 minute walk from bus and train stations. Beautifully maintained and very well equipped. Aircon, plumbing and cooking all in perfect order.

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s home! Sabina is an exceptional host. She was helpful and communicative leading up to and during our trip, and she and her husband Paolo met us at the bus station to escort us back to the apartment (which really is perfectly centrally located). Maybe best of all, they’ve put together a guidebook with all the information you could need about the best places to eat and shop, and how to navigate the city and the apartment. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone staying in Venice and I hope we can visit again!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

Stay in Venice, San Polo

We could not have asked for a better location or host for our stay. Sabina met us at the Piazzale Roma and helped us navigate the twists and turns to the apartment. We were tired and hungry from over night travel, and she got us a reservation for a lovely dinner. We brought our teen son for his first time, and the location was perfect for wandering, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment was clean, had AC for the hot days, and a nice living room for what little time we spent there (awake). I truly hope to come back and stay for longer - like weeks, or maybe months!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

Sabina and Marilina were wonderful hosts! Sabina met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, while giving us lots of helpful tips about navigating Venice. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy with many wonderful amenities like a full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Smaller details like ice cube trays and wash clothes, which you don’t always find in Europe, made our visit even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here in Venice and would recommend it to others!

Perfect stay for three

Beautiful Venice home !!

This is an amazing apartment in the center of Venice. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance to every major attraction in Venice. Our hostess, Sabina, is wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay in Venice unforgettable!

Wonderful apartment in Venice!

Well located, walking distance to all the sights, and very comfortable and clean. Sabina was super helpful and kind in greeting us, guiding is to the apartment and explaining all the features to made our stay pleasant. Felt like a homey oasis.

Fantastic fun in Venice

Location within the Center of Venice was amazing. We had a great time exploring the city center of Venice. The property was the cleanest and most secure VRBO that we have ever experienced and the host, Sabina, Paolo, and Marilina, did everything possibly to make us feel at home in their city.

We will always meet you personally weather you arrive at Santa Lucia Train Station of Venice (we can meet you at the head of the platform).
From the Venice Airport or Treviso Airport we can give you exact info on how to get to Piazzale Roma (Bus Terminal) and meet you there.

This has been our family home and it is here that I have lived all my youth. You find it in the Historical Center of the City between Campo San Polo and the Gothic Frari Church. I'd like to share it with curious guests willing to appreciate a unique city in our world. My daughter, Sabina, who works in the field of tourism, as a tour guide, will be able to welcome you with all the necessary explanations and precious informations and advices on how to enjoy the city the most.

10 windows protect you against noise, cold and hot temperature and give the most luminous light to the apartment.
Many local restaurant and crafts shops just a few steps from home.
It is not a condo. It's a single building with two apartments and a cool purse shop at ground floor.
If you prefer I can reserve for you a private water boat taxi, and these are the prices (subject to change):

Home to Cruise Ships Port (if you are going on a cruise!): euro 80
