Quick trip to Chicago

Our stay was excellent. The host had excellent communication skills and the VRBO was clean and comfortable. Its location made it easy to walk around the area and get to public transportation. Would recommend to others.

Great place to stay as I waited for my moving truck

I just moved to the area and needed to stay over a few days between my house close and my moving truck arriving. Joan, the property manager, was very responsive, accommodating, and willing to be flexible if I needed to add more days to my stay. It was very cold the week I stayed, and there was a space heater in the closet that I used to keep warmer. The apartment had all I needed.

Mighty cosy

We had a wonderful time in Logan square. Very comfortable apartment with all the creature comforts we could have wished for (coffee, tea, little treats...). The owner was always available and responsive to adjust the heat. Grocery store down the street. Great stay all around!

Wonderful Stay as usual

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Property for the second time, and it was another fantastic experience. From start to finish always with communication prompt and friendly. The apartment is cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. For me was ideally situated and offers easy access to public transportation. Our stay was memorable, thanks to Joan's hospitality. I highly recommend this property. Thank you, Joan. Convenient quiet location and responsive host

The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, but also easy to reach the train to travel into the city. The apartment is spacious and clean but definitely pay attention to the notice about the low ceilings! It was not a problem for us as neither of us are especially tall so the unit worked great, but I would warn any extra tall guests to consider if this will work for you or not. Joan was a very responsive host and communicated easily with us when we had questions about adjusting the heat or asking people in the apartment above to keep nighttime noise down. I appreciated her fast and helpful responses. The check-in and check-out processes were also very smooth and convenient for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Logan Square basement apartment

Quiet neighborhood stay in basement apartment was enjoyable. Our host communicated well and provided little extras to ensure a pleasant stay. Listing stated the ceiling height was low, but we are not tall people, so we were comfortable. Neighborhood has many choices of restaurants and it felt home-like and convenient for exploring the area.

Near Perfection

Cozy Stay Near Logan Square!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Check-in instructions were very easy and communication with the host was flawless. The apartment is super clean! It's a short walk to Logan Square, as well as any busses/trains to get into other neighborhoods/areas of interest. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Chicago!

Comfortable and Convenient

My mom and I stayed here for a long weekend in Chicago. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was really clean, quiet, and in a cute neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and coffee shops all within easy walking distance. Check-in was a breeze, and Joan was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great weekend getaway in Logan square

Host was extremely responsive. She was able to answer any of our questions very quickly. The apartment has essentially controlled thermostat and she was able to change the temperature for us before our arrival. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the restaurants and bars in Logan Square. Enjoyed the area as well
