Pet Friendly and Great Location

The owners were great to work with. This was a nice place to stay. The location was close to many great places to eat and shop.

Clean, well cared for rental.

Got away for a few days with my wife and our two dogs. The rental was clean, nicely decorated and a short distance from the beach. The owners were very involved and accommodating, we even rented a golf cart from them. Would definitely stay here again.

Bittersweet

We stayed a week and the place was perfect for my wife and I and our golden doodle. We had many long walks on the beach. Only problem we had was our golden doodle has a severe case of separation anxiety so she got to do everything we did. Other than that a great week and great host.

Nice place

We had a great time! Walking distance to a very nice beach. Our dog enjoyed her stay, as well. 🐾 The one bedroom was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and very close to great restaurants. Definitely had a nice dinner at Joe’s Bar and Grill and tasty lunch at Landsharks. Lisa and Joe were great hosts! We will be back!! 😎

We will go to Joes with you! *******When completing this review, we accidently only pushed 4 stars for house rules. These guests deserve a 10 star!!! I'm currently working with VRBO to make correction to this review. Fabulous guest but even better people. Solid good Christians, pet parents, vey loveable. Again, Sorry for typo error.

Great location, pet-friendly, negate comms. through VRBO

As stated in title, make sure to communicate with VRBO, post-stay if you’re facing issues with fees/insurance, and also communicate with the platform prior to cement your insurance coverage (if purchased.)

Mid summer vacation

Check in was very smooth. The apartment was clean and efficient. The neighborhood was quiet. We were 300 steps on a sidewalk to the ocean thru a public access that was equipped with showers, restrooms and a ramp. It was fun to take our Vizsla to the ocean in the mornings and evenings. Joe and Lisa were easy to reach and communicated well with us. Lots of places to eat and or visit here. We will return.

Not like description

the property is not as described! This is a home sublet into 3 dwellings. While we were there, 2 other families as well. The shared spaces are too small and not functional to accommodate this many people esp if you do not know them, the pool is too small and the area under the porch should be smoke free. The grill is falling apart and the furniture extremely weathered. The area where we stayed had a piece of lattice acting as a privacy barrier and it was warped. The screws were rusted and it was one storm away from breaking in half. Unit A is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The 1/2 bath is so small you have to turn sideways to use the toilet. Larger people will not be able to use this bathroom. The master bath floor slopes toward the toilet. There was a shower liner hanging in the location where there should have been a door. We had to buy a comet spray to clean the liner from mold build up. The shower head was in the middle of the wall. My husband is 6’4”. The water hit him on his lower chest. Not accommodating to larger people. The bed room and living room floors have soft spots. The house is not level and we did not fill as if we were in a safe home. The owners were involved however denied me early check in although I had requested it. Then they apologized when they saw I had it. They wash their own linens and admitted cleaning team not good.

These guests showed up with extra people over the allowed occupancy and begged us to allow them to stay then complained because property was to small even after we offered another property that was larger to accomodate them. Our reviews speak for themselves.

Great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house. The place was clean and as wonderful as the pics show. Lovely area steps from the beach. The owners, Lisa and Joe were so easy to work with and live close by if anything is needed. We enjoyed the patio and deck. Will return!
