During your stay you’ll be sure to enjoy A Change in Latitude’s floor plan, as it’s spacious and open layout leaves plenty of space for enjoyment and relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all of which can be enjoyed on the wonderful, screened in lanai. Don’t feel like cooking? Pine Ave has plenty of restaurants and eateries, which are all a short trip away.

A Change in Latitude’s bedrooms are each painstakingly decorated with a warmth that feels like home. You will find that both the master bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds, and each is joined by en-suite private bathrooms. The remaining bedroom has Twin beds, making it perfect for children.

During your stay feel free to take a trip to the Gulf beaches, there you can enjoy crystal sands and lovely blue waters. Or take a refreshing dip in the property’s newly built pool. A Change in Latitude also has other fun games and amenities. Play a few holes of golf on the putting green, challenge someone to a game of oversized connect four, or a round or two of foosball. There are multiple ways to enjoy your stay!

This wonderful home may be located on the northern end of the island, but all of Anna Maria is yours to explore! Rent a golf cart and cruise around in style. Or take a bike long one of many scenic paths. There’s plenty to see and experience, from local restaurants and boutiques to the Historic Bridge Street located on Bradenton Beach. The 7-mile-long island will have something for everyone in your party.
