Love this place so amazing and peaceful

I love this place but 2 dinette chairs are weak 1 handle almost fall off we did screw tighten up, laundry room full bulk blanket and etc hasn’t remove , the tv remote all batteries already dead we replace new batteries, bathroom toilet seat are loose we fix it completed in the back room I think #4 Window blind already damaged and there is no toaster in kitchen we would rent us. Again in future the place is so beautiful and thanks

Review

Fairly pleased with the property, property manager, and area. Max of 20 people is misleading under description, as it only has 4 bed rooms, including one with a bunk bed. Disappointed you had to pay per head, but property manager was accommodating when a couple could not come. Good communication with property manager and was always professional. Cleanliness was fair, there was some trash/dirt that was missed. Overall fit our needs to stay overnight after the Phillies game!

Ac

The property wasnt the best. Had to fight for control of the Ac everyday, all day with the owner. The owner keep moving the AC to 78 degrees. Also the property didntnjave most of the essentials for the kitchen. Found condom wrapper left over in the beds after the previous renters.

The property manager needs some customer service skills

I booked this for my wife and her friends. The property manager never sent the access code the day of arrival. My wife called the property manager and he insisted we did not have a reservation then hung up on her. When I called, he made me prove that I had the reservation and paid it. This was totally ridiculous. He was very rude and not easy to talk to. I will do what I can not to stay at other property he is associated with.

DO NOT STAY HERE

To make a long story short...this place was horrible!!!!...first off its located in the hood and parking was horrible...but thats philly. Upon arriving in the house it had a very bad smell, the carpets were filthy dirty, there was trash still in the garages through out the house. The fridge was dirty with old food and had a fly in it, molded paper towels, even the bedding was dirty. We couldn't find any of the remotes to the tv's. The vents in this place had years of caked up dust and dirt... NOW!!! this is the kicker....They had NO HEAT!!!!!...it was freezing in that house the boiler was broke and had to be replaced, so we left with a full refund...my weekend was ruined. Vrbo needs to remove this place off of the website ASAP!!!!

Dirty/ not like pictures

We were very disappointed with our stay honestly. When we arrived there was a man on the couch who told us that the place was not rented out and we didn’t have a reservation. When we showed him that we did, he left quickly but he was smoking in the house and there were ashes in the couch. The place was dirty, there were filthy rugs, bedding etc. The beds had no sheets. There was half a roll of paper towels and barely any toilet paper, not even a full roll. There was one dish towel in the kitchen that was hard and stiff. We told the host two weeks in advance that there would be six people and paid the extra fee for more people and there were only two towels on the property and a half roll of toilet paper. The fire alarms in the bedrooms were also disabled. There was food spilled in the cupboards and food left in the refrigerator.

Nice Stay in Philadelphia

Great communication with the property owner. The owner was responsive and posted pictures that were very accurate of the house. We had a large group and the downstairs area was spacious enough for us. The location was great for airport access and there were stores and food locations within walking distance. The street parking situation was not that bad considering the house is in an urban area. The house is next to a club/ bar so some music could be heard late into the night. However, it was not super loud. Overall a nice stay.
