Fun Time

The house provided everything we needed for a 5 day getaway with friends. They did a great job of instructions and labeling everything to make the trip go smooth. We would definitely come back.

What you see is NOT what you get!

Beware of the photos posted online. What you see is NOT what you get. The owner conveniently posts pictures that do not depict the property accurately . If you’re looking for mildew and mold in the bathrooms, mold, stains and smells on patio furniture, glass by the pool, stains on pillow cases, hair all over then this is the property for you. Not to mention, when you bring this to the attention of the owner he tells you where the vacuum is and where to change the linens. The owner did not offer a refund when the property wasn't even used. The owner does not live in state and had not seen the property as he stated we booked after a month long rental.

Please note the invalidity of this review as we DID provide a refund, I personally do visit the property and ensure it is up to our 5-star standards, and there is absolutely no mold at the property. Lisa was a difficult guest, who found every possibility to be disappointed with the home. To remedy the situation we offered a refund for no other reason but to provide excellent customer service. She decided to stay elsewhere her entire trip, so we were anticipating she would write an awful review of our home. As a seasoned Airbnb host, we are a SuperHost, “a Rare Find” home with 79 reviews, and an average 4.9 star rating, so you be the judge. We encourage you to check out our home and read all of our reviews! We go out of our way to make everyone’s stay a 5-star experience!

Loved our stay!

Had a great time at this house. No complaints whatsoever. The host was excellent to deal with. The pool is amazing! We paid to have it heated. Well worth the extra $100. The location is great. We went to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island several times. We were within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. There was always live music! The patio on the canal was perfect for fishing and sunbathing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sufficiently laid out so that each of our three families had plenty of privacy. It was ideal for our group of 9 (3 couples and three children). Thank you!

Wonderful

The property was all we were hoping for and more. Clean, set up both kid and adult friendly. The outdoor space was my favorite of all. Nice pool, lots of lounging areas. Would stay there again.. Owner was great to work with too!
