PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BOOK!! Come enjoy the beach vibe year round! Make this spacious four bedroom condo in the community of Bethany Bay a vacation home you’ll want to return to year after year! Our third floor, two-level condo sits along the Indian River Bay, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach. Bethany Beach is a quaint coastal town with everything you need to have an unforgettable family vacation no matter what time of year you visit.
Located in Bethany Bay, our condo is in a perfectly tranquil location away from the crowds. Enjoy wetland views from the screened in rear deck or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the golf course and Indian River Bay from the front balcony.
*The building does not have an elevator.

This family friendly condo features four bedrooms and a pull out sofa to accommodate up to ten guests. There are also three full bathrooms (two on the first floor, one on the second floor), a full eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar with two stools and separate dining room area, as well as a spacious living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Room layouts are as follows: (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV and full bath, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV, Bedroom 3 upstairs has two twin beds, as well as, a twin over full bunk bed, Bedroom 4 upstairs has two twin beds with a jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms. 1st floor living room has a queen pull-out sofa.

**Sheets and towels are not provided for any of the rooms**

All beds do have comforters or quilts plus pillows and blankets are available. We can recommend local linen services that will rent sheets, towels and beach equipment for an additional fee payable directly to them. You will also need to provide your own paper products, dish soap etc.

Bethany Bay includes a community pool, kid pool, hot tub, 9-hole Par 3 golf course, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts and walking trails. Hike, walk, or jog amongst the natural beauty of lower Delaware. Kayak, boat, and jet-ski launching is available at the community dock for no additional charge and there are state parks nearby! Great place to stay with families

We had a great time at Ken and Nancy’s. It was so neat and clean! The condo afforded us enough space to spread out with four adults and five kids. The bunk room was perfect for the older kiddos while our infant had her own room. There were so many family friendly things to do and great places to eat. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely, relaxing stay.

We loved the peaceful setting overlooking the marsh off of the screened in porch that is so comfortable. The size of the condo is perfect and we all enjoyed the space. The walking trails around the complex were great too! I would definitely stay here again.

Girls getaway!

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Bethany off season was the perfect girls getaway and the condo was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed our weekend very much - thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Enjoyable, clean, quiet

Property was exactly as listed. Owner was kind and courteous. 20+ min drive with moderate traffic to the beach. The wetlands off the back porch are beautiful and provide a cool breeze at night. Only drawback there is the AC unit is on the porch and very loud when it’s running. Plenty of space for two families. We had a great time with family/friends, tons of things for kids of all ages to do on the property.

Great stay

My family and I had a great long weekend stay here in September. The place is very spacious and we never felt cramped (9 of us). The kids loved the upstairs bunk room! It’s in a very nice community though we didn’t get a chance to try out the amenities, and the location of the condo makes for an easy 10-15 minute drive to the beach. We’d definitely rent again if we return to the area!

Fabulous stay

Property was perfect for our family of 5 adult children. Home was clean, cool and had all the amenities we would need. The pool and pickle ball courts were fabulous too. Neighbors were kind. Overall perfect place for our get-away! Thank you!!!

Nice and peaceful

This place was perfect for our college retreat. The students enjoyed the accommodations and games. There were 10 of us and it didn't feel crowded. It's in a a very convenient location. Nancy was very pleasant to talk to and the students are hoping we come back next year.

Perfect Beach Retreat

We had the most wonderful stay over Easter weekend at this beach retreat property! The community was so quiet and private. The condo was absolutely spotless, and just as advertised. Our family had plenty of space to relax and enjoy together. Our conversations with the owners were pleasant, prompt, and very polite! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful beach retreat!!

Nice unit enjoyable week

It was a little disappointing that the unit below us kept pounding on the ceiling and came up to the unit to tell us to keep quiet because they were sleeping and it was after 9am. My grandchildren are 3, 3, 6 and 13 and were not doing anything other than walking around the unit.

Perfect beach condo a short drive from the beach

This condo was spacious, clean, fully equipped and quiet. It is perfect for a family vacation with 1 or 2 families to enjoy time at the beach but also time in the community with the activities offered in the community too. The back screen porch is the perfect early morning or late evening spot. For entertainment or watching for the wildlife! We loved our time here and will definitely be looking to return.

Wonderful community
