Another beautiful season

My daughter and I come back every year. The property is always clean and up to date in their amenities. Property owner is always responsive and friendly. We will continue to come back every year this place is available - it’s our seaside sanctuary. :)

Great Rental

We have been going to this rental beach house in Bethany for several years and keep returning every fall due to the location close to the beach and the nice small neighborhood and a nice comfortable house. Also, dealing with the host is very comforting.

Perfect location

House is clean, comfortable, small but spacious enough for 4. Host is wonderful, very responsive. I stayed with a friend & the proximity to the beach & restaurants was ideal. Screen porch in front & sunroom in back are great for morning coffee & reading. It is on a cul de sac so if you’re traveling with kids it’s quiet & safe for them to play outside. Only subtracted a star because we are evening homebodies & the TV did not get network channels, and the pebbled driveway was a little challenging for my partially handicapped friend. We are planning to return here next season with a 3rd friend.

Loved the property! Location was great, quiet community and easy walk to downtown Bethany and the beach, layout of house was wonderful and communication with the owner was top notch! Would love to stay here again!

30th birthday trip

We loved staying here. The house was very clean and cozy. It was nice and close to the beach and restaurants. The three season room was our favorite spot. We did not need much but the owner was very good about getting back to us in a timely manner. I would love to come back.

Amazing Home!

We loved our stay at this super clean and spacious home. It was very quiet and a short distance to the beach. The owner quickly responded to questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, communicative host!

This property is exactly as described! The neighborhood is fantastic. There are lots of safe places to walk and there are two pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center available for use (for a small daily/weekly fee). The kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat at home. We loved the screened-in front porch and the Florida room at the back of the house. Bethany Beach is a short 5-minute drive away, and there are tons of restaurants, bars, and activities close by. Liz, the host, was super communicative and provided clear check-in instructions as well as information about the community. We’ve never stayed so close to the beach before, and we loved it! There is even a trolley service that runs seasonally and has a stop about two blocks from the house. Everything was clean except for a few dishes that may have been used by the previous guests, but that wasn’t a huge issue at all. Overall a wonderful experience in a nice, quiet neighborhood super close to the beach! While you’re in town, try a Sunset Crush from Bethany Boathouse, they’re delicious!

Home away from Home

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home again. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a well established neighborhood. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two private master bedrooms with king size beds, bathrooms at either end of the house. In the center is a very comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a great sun room. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and cute shops. I highly recommend this place and we plan to stay there again next year.

Beyond wonderful!

Liz’s home was perfect! We had an almost 2 year old, a 5 year old, and two adults. The kids both had their own room and loved it. The neighborhood was very family friendly—quiet culdesac with lots of side streets that we took walks on every day. The backyard was wooded so it was very relaxing sitting in the spacious sun room and enjoying nature. The beds were all very comfortable, the house was clean and well stocked with dishes, laundry supplies…everything you could need! We brought all of our own but it was nice to know there were supplies in case we forgot anything. Liz was amazing with communication—truly one of the best hosts I’ve worked with. She was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Anytime I had a question, she responded promptly and with suggestions instead of just a quick response. She followed up a few days later if she didn’t hear from me, which I really appreciated because life with two littles is exhausting and I forgot. Her house was just like home for us, and we felt completely safe and at ease when we got back after a long beach day. I highly recommend Liz’s property for anyone looking for a homey feel right by the beach. A parking pass was included so we could easily park on the residential streets for easy beach access then head back to our home. The neighbors were all very friendly and the houses were well manicured and taken care of. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s house the entire vacation.

Family Time

We have stayed here for the past few summers and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is perfect and has plenty of room. It’s always clean and has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We love it!

Fabulous!

First time at Bethany Beach and our entire family group (parents, kids ages 9 and 13, aunt, & grandma) loved our stay here at Liz’s home. The property was just as described and the multiple living spaces were absolutely wonderful for our group. We particularly adored the sun porch out back - it is surrounded by trees and in the evening you can get an amazing cross-breeze. The furniture out there is super comfortable - perfect for lounging and reading. The location was just perfect for us - secluded but easy to get to the beach with the parking pass. Also a word of appreciation at how great Liz was to work with - she was super responsive throughout the booking process, prior to check-in, and also during our stay - when she replaced the parking pass that the previous tenants had misplaced as quickly as humanly possible. Thanks Liz for sharing your super comfortable home with our family!

Great Location and Perfect Size!

The house was wonderful for our family! Nice location. Cul-de-sac for kids to ride bikes. House clean and large. Front and rear sunrooms were a plus! Driveway could accommodate our three cars well. Bike rack in driveway, too! Kitchen had everything we needed: even a crockpot! Ice maker in freezer was handy for beach coolers. A/C worked very well; we didnt move thermostat at all upon arriving. Plenty of places to spread out. Liked the quietness of the area. Bethany Beach was clean and beautiful. Thank you Liz for a great stay!

Wonderful, comfortable and felt like home

Three college friends and I ---all in our 70's now-- stayed at this lovely comfortable home in the heart of Bethany Beach. It was mid-May, and the weather was drizzly and somewhat chilly, but we loved every minute of our time there. We ventured on the beach for a photo and took photos of the crashing waves. We each had our own room and cooked some meals as well as dined at DiFebio's Restaurant for a scrumptious Italian meal. Because it was before Memorial Day, there was little traffic and no crowds, much to our delight. We found great name-brand bargains at a consignment clothing store (She Sells), drove to Rehoboth Beach (Pres. Biden's summer White House) and enjoyed the area as well as our VRBO. Liz was responsive with all my questions both before and while we were there. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood within ten minutes drive to the beach. A Parking Permit is at the house to use in town. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at. You will not be disappointed!

Comfort/Convenient

We usually go to this rental every fall and have not had any complaints. The owners are continually keeping the house updated. It is conveniently located less than five minutes by car to the beach and the Bethany Beach boardwalk and shopping area. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

The property was perfect for vacationing with a toddler and infant. The location was perfect so we could do walks around the neighborhood without worrying about a lot traffic. It’s still very close to the beach and stores. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this house to everyone! We will definitely be booking this property again.
