Discover this 80m² duplex apartment that can accommodate up to 9 people, located at the entrance to BAREGES in a quiet neighbourhood. It is fully equipped with an unfenced outdoor garden and parking space. Located near the centre of Barèges and the shuttle bus stop.
The ground floor comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, 4-ring gas hob, washing machine, etc.). There is also a bedroom (accessible via 3 steps) with a bed (140x190) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find 1 master bedroom (1 double bed + 1 en-suite shower room), 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a children's bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.

• Tourist tax (over 18s) NOT INCLUDED in the rental price.

• Optional services:
• End-of-stay cleaning: €200.
• Cot hire: €20/week.
• High chair or booster seat hire: €20/week.
