Lost Key is known for its 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course, a treat for golf enthusiasts, as well as the state-of-the-art Golf Clubhouse equipped with a restaurant and pro-shop. Its richly designed residences offer stunning views, echoing the natural beauty that surrounds them.

The neighborhood also features a private Beach Club, exclusive to residents and guests, where you can unwind and relish in the panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Club provides direct beach access, a pool, restaurant, and bar.

Getting around the Lost Key neighborhood is convenient and offers various transportation options.

Walking: The Lost Key neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and amenities are within walking distance. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Biking: Perdido Key and the surrounding areas are bike-friendly. Renting bicycles or bringing your own can be a great way to explore the neighborhood and the easiest way to get to the beach / beach club.

Shuttle Service: Lost Key Resort and Golf Club offers a neighborhood shuttle service that circles the community and makes regular stops at the beach club and back. The shuttle can be requested on demand by calling directly. Please note that the shuttle service has limited space and may not accommodate large items or beach wagons.

Please note that all amenities may be subject to seasonal hours, HOA regulations, and COVID-related restrictions beyond our control. The homeowner and/or property manager does not have direct control of resort amenities. If you have any inquiries, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
We are delighted to host you and are committed to providing a safe, relaxing environment for all our guests. To ensure the quality of our homes and community for everyone, please carefully review and adhere to the following rules.
The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on the reservation without prior written approval. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs without prior written approval will result in a $100 fee per incident. Unapproved late check-outs past two hours may result in a full additional night's charge.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Parties, events, gatherings, and commercial filming are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Violation may result in a minimum $500 penalty, additional damage charges, and immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property, on balconies, patios, and in shared areas. A violation will result in a $350 deep cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless prior written consent is given for a registered service animal. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee plus additional cleaning fees.

We ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition upon departure. Basic checkout expectations include starting the dishwasher, disposing of trash properly, and leaving furniture and decor as found. Excessive cleaning may result in additional cleaning charges if deemed necessary.

Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. All damages must be reported immediately. Failure to report damages may result in an additional penalty plus the cost of repair or replacement. Missing property items, such as linens, kitchenware, or decor, will be charged at replacement cost.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. Found items can be shipped back at the guest’s expense. Lost key cards or fobs will incur a $100 replacement fee.

Use of any shared or community amenities, including pools and gyms, is at your own risk. Access to amenities is not guaranteed and may be closed, restricted, or under maintenance without prior notice. No refunds or discounts will be provided for amenity closures.

Guests must park in the designated driveway or garage. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. Guests must also comply with all local laws, HOA rules, and ordinances, including noise regulations, parking restrictions, and pet leash laws. Any fines issued by the HOA or local authorities due to guest actions will be the responsibility of the guest.

The property is provided in good condition. If you experience any maintenance issues during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can attempt to remedy the situation in a timely manner. No refunds or discounts will be provided for issues outside of our control, including but not limited to power outages, cable or internet outages, HVAC failures, or other unexpected maintenance concerns.

Guests acknowledge that use of the property and amenities is at their own risk, including but not limited to pools, balconies, stairs, and fitness equipment. Neither the host nor the property owner shall be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur while on the premises.

We are not responsible for any bookings impacted by acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, weather events, or government mandates that affect travel or amenity access. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their reservation in such cases.

The individual booking the reservation must be the individual staying at the property unless prior written consent is provided. Reservations made on behalf of third parties without disclosure and approval are subject to immediate cancellation without refund.

In the event of any dispute arising out of this reservation, including but not limited to refunds, damages, or liability claims, the guest agrees to attempt to resolve the dispute informally first before pursuing third-party claims through Airbnb or legal action.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the entire stay.

This property was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. The spaces were very clean and very well kept. Dan was great to work with throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend!

Clean, Calm and Beach Accessible

My wife and two middle school daughters stayed. The property was very clean, which we are very picky about, but were very happy. The community was very calm with good amenities. I used the gym and it was great. We did not use on-site pool, but it looked nice. The private pool on the beach was a small disappointment as it was very crowded each day to its small size, but if you have smaller kids it could be a life saver. The walk to the beach is only 10 mins and there is a public access right across from the community so I would drop the family and all the stuff then take the car or golf cart back and walk by myself. Don’t wait for the shuttle, it took an hour when I called for it due to how big the community is and the walk is fairly pleasurable. The owner/property manager was wonderful to work with. Our only notable disappointment was the pressure in the showers. It was a bummer because we love a good shower, but it’s no where near a deal breaker just something to be ready for if you stay. It was a great rental and we loved every minute there.

Perfect location and amazing floorplan

The home looked exactly as pictured and described. Great location. First street closet to the beach. The floor plan worked great for our family. The three kids in the bunk room, My husband and I in the room closest to the kids then my parents had the master. Everyone had their own space if needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the first floor landing so no sand made it to the main living room or third floor where the bedrooms are. Loved having access to the golf cart. Dan was always very quick to respond with any questions I had.

Excellent vacation rental

Great location, close to the beach as well as the pool/workout center. A short 10 minute walk in either direction from the townhome. The home was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was available for beach toys/supplies, as well as kitchen and bath amenities. The gated neighborhood was safe and family friendly. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Great Spring Break stay

We had a great time here for our beach vacay. They thought of everything with this house and the area was not crowded. The walk to the beach was easy(never saw a shuttle service) and the convenience of the beach club while at the beach was great. Totally recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation.
