A lovely place for a stay

This stay was really nice. A great location, good amenities, and friendly hosts. Even despite some communication issues, Kat was very gracious with us.

Great spot and a very comfortable home.

We had a great time spending the weekend here! The house was very clean and had a homey feeling. The owners were super easy to communicate with and accommodating to us. Definitely Recommend and will be staying here again!

Nice little mid century modern hill, country stay

This is a nice little mid-century modern house on an expansive lot with great hill country views. Great outdoor places to sit and enjoy the location. Wonderful lot for our German shorthair pointer to explore!

Secluded quiet property.

Nicely equipped and very clean property. Stay was quiet and we didn’t need for any additional features. Nice place for hosting a bar-b-que with friends. Highly recommend this place as a return to property.

A Great Getaway

Very cozy and comfortable place to get a much needed vacation. Kat text us to let us know their lawn crew were coming during our stay and checked in on us. Would recommend highly.

A Nice Little Break

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and we loved all the lights on the trees outside and in the enclosed patio. There were some board games and it was great just to sit back and unwind. Thank you so much for making this quick getaway for our family so fun.

Cozy and clean getaway

I felt at ease the moment we stepped inside. The space was very well laid out. Loved the decor and open windows looking over the landscape. Felt like I could relax! Kathleen was very easy to contact as well. Great stay.

Beautiful Home and Quiet Retreat

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! All the furnishing inside was well cared for and more comfortable than any other place I've ever stayed. Communication with the host was amazing. 100% recommend this place for a laid back, comfortable, homey weekend(s) away from the city!!

Spring break trip

This is a must stay, beautiful, roomy rental. You will not be disappointed by choosing to stay at this retreat. Everything is just like the pictures and it’s all even better in person. Kat and Tony are super friendly hosts and great communicators. We had a stress free stay with clear instructions that answered our every question. 10/10 recommend and would book again!

Property as described/pictured--older home with updated interior, large yard, on lake (dry at time of visit) that is quiet and somewhat remote but 15-20 minutes from most of what you need. Hosts attentive and responsive to concerns--would stay again.

It's Lovely!

The property was beautiful. We needed a one-story home for our mobility-impaired family member, and this home was excellent. We were able to spread out and relax. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and so easy to work with. Will rent again if MIL returns for another visit!

Perfect setting!

Gender Reveal of our first grandchild! Great open space. Too hot to go outside for very long but everyone was comfortable inside. Sitting on the covered porch that evening with the fans going was comfortable and so peaceful. We slept like babies on the super comfortable bed. Coffee on the porch in the morning was just as peaceful. If back in the area we will defiantly stay here again.

Relax and Rejuvenate at Kathleen's Retreat

We enjoyed espresso on the back porch while the dogs had the time of their life patrolling the fenced-in, beautiful property. The charming home is nicely updated with new appliances and thoughtful, well-appointed amenities throughout. Kathleen provides many thoughtful touches that makes one feel welcomed and at home. Kitchen is well stocked, comfy beds have plush bedding and pillows, and several outdoor areas are great for hanging out and enjoying nature. We look forward to returning to Kathleen's cozy retreat!

Great quiet getaway

We reserved this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. Overall the home was great. It was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out process was super easy and communication with the owner was clear and hyper-responsive. The owner proactively let me know that the 2nd bedroom was detached from the main home as they knew my children were staying. They are adult children so it was not a problem but I really appreciated the owner thinking of this. The best part of this property is the backyard where there is plenty of room, large trees, a fire pit, and a nice screened-in porch area. Once the lake fills back up it will be even better but we didnt mind. Just sitting by the fire pit with my family gazing at the stars was perfect.

Awesome place to stay!

Great beds (we're bed snobs). The layout is different, but very functional, extremely comfortable, and a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed the large yard. The only downside is that Lake Travis is a mess. Kat is good to deal with and responsive, so we plan on returning. Thanks Kat!

Excellent Christmas Rental

We rented this place to visit family for Christmas. The owner made us feel very welcomed, communicated clearly, and overall was very pleasant to work with.The house is very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of different spaces to lounge around, and all of them were a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.Highly recommend!!
