SECURITY CAMERAS are in use at the property. Cameras are positioned at the entrance of the property, facing the parking area. There is a camera positioned to face the dock, and another on the dock, facing the water. No security cameras or recording devices are inside the home. Tampering with security cameras is grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Very spacious, great privacy and excellent sleeping accommodations on three separate levels. Excellent kitchen and dining space too. We made several large meals and found the kitchen super well equipped. Great gathering spaces also on multiple levels. Same with outdoor spaces. Everything very functional, clean, well put together!

Beautiful property!

We were looking for a short getaway to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation and this gem was perfect! Very clean and private with so much room for outdoor fun. The stairs to the dock were very steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges but for young adults and active older folks, it should not be an issue. Host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend if you are searching for a larger home with waterfront access!

Great house on Lake Travis

We recently stayed here as a family gathering over a holiday weekend. The house is beautiful has a well equipped with kitchen, towels for house and swimming in the River, life jackets, a few games, comfortable beds, large rooms and bath rooms, a spacious deck with Blackstone overlooking the Lake, patio with tables overlooking the lake and a game room. There is a long walk down to the lake with a dock to swim off of. Teresa, the owner communicated clearly and quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for a week with the family & loved it. The neighborhood is quiet & very pretty. The house was very clean & comfortable. It’s beautifully decorated with amazing views of the lake. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

The home was perfect, one of the cleanest vacation homes we have stayed in. It was a workout to get to the water but that is because the lake was so low. We ended up renting a pontoon boat for the day and enjoyed the scenery and dipping into the water.

Great Place for friends who are like family.

Lovely, everything was thought of. The APP was very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed including dog dishes (we forgot ours). The view was lovely, and the kids enjoyed the paddle boards.

Great Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views, right on the water, and the house was spectacular. The host responded very quickly to every question I had, and she was very accommodating and willing to help. Only down side was that it was very difficult to find an Uber to pick us up from the location. However, it was easy to find Ubers from Austin to the property. Overall, this was a fantastic experience

Beautiful house

The house is large with a great view of the lake. My parents were in town so we wanted to get out of the city for a bit. Teresa was pretty responsive at getting the stove to work. The grill had issues starting but we were able to make due with cast iron skillets for the steaks. I was able to bring my jetsurf and the neighbor was really helpful as well. The kids also had a blast as well.

Great lake retreat!

Gorgeous view of the water and surrounding area. We stayed for a few days just before Christmas and it was perfect for family who live in different parts of Texas to meet up for a relaxing getaway. The home is very spacious. There was plenty of room for the kids to be kids and for the adults to have conversation. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. We cooked every meal in the kitchen easily. The home was super clean upon arrival and the host was very communicative and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Highly recommend!

Incredible Views With the Best Sunsets in ATX

OMG!!! Make this the ONLY vacation home you EVER want to stay at on Lake Travis!!! So perfectly decorated, ample space, great chef's kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need!! Love the home's architectural feel, decorations, and ambiance. We will definitely be booking again for the next Labor Day Weekend, I'm so sorry to yall. Pick another time, but make sure you do!!! Can't wait to try out their other properties!
