Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Courseulles-sur-Mer, this 45 m² flat with port view, less than one kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets and towels extra. We're waiting for you!

- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- 8 m² loggia with table and chairs
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), access to a 2ᵉ loggia of 8 m².
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
