The space
Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Atlantic City!
Our two-story house offers a comfortable and convenient stay, perfect for families or groups of friends.

Living Area
The first floor has a cozy living room with plenty of seating and a large TV—great for relaxing after a day out. Next to it is the dining room, a nice space to enjoy meals or conversation. Please note: the couch in the living room has been updated since the photos were taken, so the space may look a little different.

Kitchen & Bathroom
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, plus plenty of counter space. There’s also a half bathroom on the first floor for added convenience.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
• Master bedroom: one queen bed + one single bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.
• Second bedroom: one double bed + one single bed.
• Third bedroom: two single beds.
The second full bathroom upstairs gives everyone plenty of space and privacy.

Our home is in a prime spot—just minutes from the Boardwalk, casinos, restaurants, and entertainment.

Whether you’re visiting for a family trip, a getaway with friends, or a special occasion, our home is a comfortable base for your Atlantic City stay.

Guest access
As our valued guests, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. This includes all three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms. Additionally, you will have access to the home's amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, as well as any outdoor spaces or patio areas.

For your convenience, we provide a secure keyless entry system that allows for easy and hassle-free check-in and check-out. Detailed instructions for accessing the property will be shared with you prior to your arrival.

Please note that the use of the property and its amenities are reserved exclusively for registered guests. Unauthorized visitors, events, or parties are not permitted without prior consent from the host.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect, and adhere to the house rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and future guests.

To make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, we provide all the essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner, fresh linens, towels, and bedding. We want you to feel right at home so you can focus on enjoying your time in Atlantic City.
• Updated Living Room: Please note that some photos were taken about two years ago. Since then, we’ve updated the living room furniture, including a new couch. The setup may look slightly different from the photos, but we’ve made these updates to improve your stay.
• Blackout curtains in every room.
• Easy self check-in process.
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker to start your day right.
• Great location: enjoy both privacy and easy access to the beach, Boardwalk, and casinos.
• Parking: driveway fits 2 cars + additional free street parking.
• Guest policy: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• House rules: No smoking, and please keep exterior noise down after 9 PM.
• Gatherings: Have fun, but keep gatherings respectful and under control. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction.
• Registered guests only for the safety and privacy of all.
• Outdoor BBQ available—great for meals with family and friends (please be considerate of neighbors).

We’re located in a quiet residential neighborhood and aim to provide a peaceful, well-kept stay for all guests.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings – Strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate cancellation and removal.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – Please keep noise low, especially when entering and exiting the home.
• Registered guests only – No unapproved visitors at any time.
• Minimum age: 21 – No prom or party-type groups.
• No smoking indoors
• No shoes inside
• Pets allowed with fee – Please notify us in advance and clean up after them.
• No weapons or illegal activities
• Basic check-out – Wash used dishes, take out trash, and place used towels in designated area.
• Security cameras – Exterior only, for safety and property protection.
