Serene Seaside Home just one block from the Water+++HOLIDAY SPECIAL+++

In celebration of the upcoming holidays, come spend the weekend in AC and get an additional night on us! Welcome to the newest addition of The Golden Beach House Oasis Collective.
This home is spacious and inviting which makes it the perfect place for a beach getaway! We've recently put in new flooring, carpeting throughout the house and a new granite kitchen countertop. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you would need to prepare all of your meals whether it be a multi-course dinner or baking some heavenly desserts. The family room is just steps away where you can hang out and enjoy each others company or watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. There is a half-bath conveniently located on the same floor. Then head upstairs to one of the three bedrooms for some down time. The Primary Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for privacy. There is also a 2nd bathroom for the other bedrooms to share. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. We provide one queen sized luxury aerobed for 2 guests (including linens and pillows) that can easily be placed upstairs or in the family room. In addition to all the home has to offer, we provide a BBQ grill (including the propane tank + a back up!) as well as access to the garage for an additional hang out spot. Our home also comes equipped with an outdoor private shower so you can easily rinse off from the beach. The Golden Beach House Oasis II is just one block from the beach, a 5 minute walk to historic Gardner's Basin, a 5-7 minute walk to the playground and one mile away from the casinos on the Boardwalk. There is something here for everyone which makes staying here so enjoyable and memorable!

The house was less than 2 short blocks from the beach. Quiet gem near park and short drive to casino and activities on the main boardwalk. Owners very communicative and offered tips. Only feedback was the WiFi was not great. Tried resetting several times but didn’t work.

The rental was very well kept and comfortable. Loved that bathing and kitchen detergents and soaps were included. We also enjoyed the area with restaurants and an aquarium in walking distance as well as the fishing dock and beach. Kris, the property host, was very helpful and her father was lovely. Would recommend this rental!!

Beyond Expectations

We loved our first trip to AC. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located by the beach our needs during the getaway. Great stay!

We had a great vacation at this home with our grown kids and little grandsons! Everything was perfect! House was clean, close to the beach and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of everything we needed for our family. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly! Check in was a breeze also!

Very clean and convenient

My family and my friends family stayed here while attending a dance competition at Harrahs and are so happy we did. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. It allowed us some comforts from home like being able to cook breakfast or pack lunches and have some fun walking to the beach when we had breaks. It was also a short drive to the boardwalk and casinos if we wanted to explore some more. All of our friends complained about the hotel stay so we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to stay here. Highly recommend!

Comfortable & Cozy!

I brought my daughters & some friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean & cozy! Beds were very comfortable and the house seems spacious with 3 floors plus the bottom garage area. The garage is clean & set up with table & chairs, a “bonus” room for games or meals. Perfect for our larger group of 8 people!

Everything you need

This house was perfectly located in Atlantic City. It was incredibly clean and literally had everything in it you could need. All the furniture was in great shape, the kitchen was so well stocked for all your cooking needs and they even had chairs for the beach which you could walk to. Will absolutely stay again, it was a relaxing space after long days of basketball tournament.

Birthday Weekend

I initially selected this location for my immedoate family because I was having a boat party which was right down the street. When we arrived, we instantly noticed the house was a stone’s throw from the Boardwalk. Upon entering, we noted the cleanliness and attention to detail. The layout was open to allow us to spend time together and have personal space as well. Prior to arrival, Emma was very responsive and understanding. This was my first time renting a home and I was unsure of the process. Once we arrived, everything was just as described and self explanatory so there was no need for help. I will definitely be a return guest.

Beautiful vacation home

This home is beautiful and clean! Emma also gave us recommendations on what to do with our children as we have never been to Jersey. I loved that the home came with all the dishes and enough cleaning supplies for our stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We have no complaints. We will rent again in the future!

Nice Weekend Getaway

Cozy and cute!! Perfect location with a nice beach within a 5 minute walk, restaurants within walking distance too! The boardwalk/casinos were a 12 minute drive, plenty of parking too. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

We've been coming to Atlantic City for more than 20 years. It's been a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. We live just a few hours up north and this has been the perfect place for a getaway. We've taken great care of this home and our children loved staying and visiting here all of the time.

This home was the perfect place for our growing family. Our location is ideal because there is something for everyone to do. If it's the beach during the day with the kids, having a lunch time bbq with friends or going to the casino for some adult entertainment, everything is conveniently minutes away! In addition, this is a great community!!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love the Golden Beach House Oasis II because you have access to the best of everything in Atlantic City. There are many golf courses in the area if that's your vice or shop your heart out at the outlets. You can also take surf classes at the nearby beach or rent bikes to cruise down the boardwalk. In addition, parasailing is near by as well as boat cruises leaving from Gardner's Basin. Another thing we especially love about our home is that it's the perfect place to hang out and make some great memories!
