Livin' it up at the "Hotel California" located at 646 Ocean Blvd. West - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2nd row home located on the calm west end of Holden Beach Welcome to the "Hotel California" such a lovely place with views, views and more views! This home boast the best of both worlds, offering pristine views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as unobstructed marsh views where many wildlife sightings take place. With an inverted floor plan these views can best be observed from your common areas which offers an open kitchen, living and dining room concept for all your gathering needs.

What a nice surprise! You will find all 3 bedrooms conveniently located on the 1st level of this home. Bedroom 1 offers ocean views with a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers marsh views with a Full bed as well as a twin, sleeping 3 individuals and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers extravagant marsh views that can be enjoyed off of the private balcony, a Queen bed and a private bathroom for added privacy. This property is sure to have you returning year after year!

beach week

we had a nice week at the cottage. got used to the regular coffeemaker by the end of the week, could have used a cutting board, reported the running toilet which was fixed quickly and also the leaking dish washer.

Bright,open and clean house with beautiful marsh view!

Lovely home! 6 houses away from beach access. Marsh sunsets on back deck were beautiful. House is very clean. Bedrooms are small and master bedroom is tiny. Needs a dustpan.

Bedrooms are TINY and the one with two beds has no closet. The kitchen appliances are old and in disrepair, except the fridge works great and pumps out ice really well. Someone should inventory the small wares in the kitchen. It's mostly family that come and there aren't enough, and definitely not good, pots, pans, serving bowls, bar glasses. The couches in the common space are the most uncomfortable wooden futons more suited for a dorm room or rec room. The seats are inverted so they are no easy to get in or out of. The house has a great layout it's just really a miss in the important details that would've made the stay a 10.
