This house is perfect for peace and quiet, providing an open deck and porch rockers with an ocean breeze and a view. Additionally, there is a relaxing outdoor shower. We had an amazing stay! Yea the house is a little dated but who really cares! Cozy loved how close it was to the beach! Short walk over! We would definitely stay again!

Good house for cost

We have rented this house two years in a row. It’s nothing fancy but it is close to beach and comfortable. Deck is great to sit on in evenings.

We come back every year

great beach access. A few updates done. Porch needs rebuilt and things are falling off the pergola. But for the price we like it!

Little dated, but nice

The pictures tell the tale. It is a nice place for a single family, but a little dated. Everything worked well and it was clean. It has been remodeled at least once, and the light switches are in some strange places. That aside, we'd stay there again for sure!

Beach Bliss

Overall it is a wonderful property! Ranked 4 out of 5 stars. It was a perfect location, steps from public access point. It had everything we needed. Loved the open floor plan and large table for meals and games. It was quiet and peaceful. There were some minor things that could be repaired or upgraded but nothing that would change our mind from staying there again. Thank you so much for providing accommodations for a great vacation. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Seaside shanty

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little place it was a wonderful location, literally right across from the beach super easy access! Town was very nice, quiet, definitely not a party town, perfect for a quiet family Vacation. As in previous reviews, the downstairs is still unusable, the smell is obviously due to a previous flood, this would have been 5 stars from us if the downstairs had been a usable space! Not sure how to get rid of that smell, but I still recommend this spot, the upstairs is completely fine and not smelly …

Place was good and location was great. I was very disappointmed in the off-hand dismissal from support when I reported a lack of garbage bags for the kitchen.If I'm responsible for garbage bags, stipulate that before I arrive. Since I'm responsible taking out all the garbage, kind of need them. If there aren't any, comp me 5 for the cost time.I'm the customer. Don't treat me like a slave, a nuisance or otherwise assume I will return. Because I might not if that happens again.

Absolutely nothing about this house is good. Porch needs power wash, floors need redoing, old nasty pots and pans, nasty, dirty furniture. Horrible smell downstairs(unusable). Don’t think owners have been there in years to see it is in disrepair. Would never stay there again!!!!

Great family vacation

Magnificent golf course, fantastic amenities on-site, and close proximity to Sunset Beach. Everything we wanted in one place. The unit was clean, updated, and very roomy. We will absolutely be staying here again!
