Apartment in good conditions in a building very close to the promenade and to the beach of Roses-Santa Margarita, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is 1.300m from the center of Roses, with capacity for 1/4 people.

The apartment, located in the first floor, is distributed in:

* One bedroom with double bed (150 cm).

* One bedroom with 2 single beds.

* Dining room with sofa and TV (Spanish and French channels). Air conditioning

* Equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, oven, washing machine ...).

* Bathroom with shower.

* Magnificent terrace facing south-west with sea view.

* Community parking space

Located very close to the promenade that connects Roses and the area of Santa Margarita, a natural beach of fine sand where you will find all kinds of shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops ...).

Located 15 minutes walk through the Maritim Promenade of the center of Roses.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialities. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

The price does not include bedsheets and towels. You can rent them for €15/ person.

To the indicated price it is necessary to add the tourist tax of 2€ per person over 17 years old. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 7 days).
