This cottage in a residence with a swimming pool includes: a living room with a TV, a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, mini-oven, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm), a single bed (80 cm), a pull-out single bed (80 cm), and a travel cot.

A private courtyard with a terrace, electric awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Private swimming pool and private parking (pool open from June to September). Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; rental is available through our partner, please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. 5G Wi-Fi rental is available for €40/week.
