Waterfront home offers open floor plan, relaxing coastal decor, large custom kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 King/ 1 Queen), 2 bathrooms (master ensuite) with walk-in showers, wireless internet, Smart TVs, streaming, screened lanai, gas grill and 2 large waterfront docks for enjoying stunning sunsets, fishing, wild birds, dolphin & manatee watching.
We are "SUPERHOSTs" with 4.93 stars (90 reviews) on the "other" vacation rental site (we understand and deliver comfort & hospitality and we're excited to build more excellent reviews with VRBO)
This relaxing waterfront ranch home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from neighboring Punta Gorda, Fishermen's Village, Laishley Park, great shopping & dining, numerous beautiful beaches, golf and easy access to US Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail).
We are also located only 5 minutes drive from the pride of Charlotte Harbor- Allegiant's Sunseeker Resort (completion scheduled for spring 2023)

This home offers a relaxing, coastal vibe while providing all the comforts of home. In 2019, we completed major renovations inside and out. Because we love to entertain and often find the kitchen to be the center of attention - we redesigned and customized the kitchen area to include a spacious granite island, new appliances and abundant counterspace & cabinetry. We also made some changes to the living room layout so that the entire space is open, functional, yet feels connected. It allows several people to enjoy the living spaces in a variety of ways - all while enjoying the beautiful waterfront view. In addition to the updated kitchen, we also completely renovated both bathrooms with fresh new tile walls/showers and contemporary cabinetry.
