"Sea Dunes" 3 bedrooms 2 bath

The costumer arrive and in 2 days start to complain about that it’s not the same house, she is booked.There is 40 pictures on more then 20 web available with 5 stars review over 4 years on the market. The costumer DO Not look what she did rented , its not host problem. The review will be disputed, that is no relevant to the property at All. For the future costumers; its is a Villa with separate entry, 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeping 6 people one car garage. House has front door electrical lock, garage door opener in the kitchen. Full kitchen all kitchen items is for 6 people to stay , basic items to clean but we do has map and broom , I do not provide vacuum, just per costumer request. All linens and towels 6 big 6 med 6 small plus 4 beach towels. I do not understand what couch has to do with sleeping policy, we have 1 king side bed, 1 queen, 2 twins, sleeping 6 people. In side I do have house roles book , when I include all beaches around, the close one is Boca Grande beach 10 min drive. We are private own company in business over 10 years, I do appreciate the people who rents do dishonest review, and blame the owners for them mistake. If the place was that bad, Why did you stay one month?
