Fancy a holiday with your feet in the water? This 39 m² apartment, nestled in the Alizéa Beach residence, is the perfect address for a sunny seaside stay! Comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 6 people.

Terrace: pleasant outdoor space with garden furniture, ideal for your outdoor meals or sunset aperitifs.
Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Lounge: equipped with a trundle sofa bed (2 single beds 90x190).
Room 1: two single beds (2x1 person 90x190).
Room 2: a double bed (140x200).
Bathroom: shower, towel rack, separate toilet.
Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, private washing machine, duvets, blankets and pillows provided.
Exterior and parking: private parking space no. 5.
Residence: outdoor swimming pool.

The beach is only 50 metres away. Shops and restaurants are 500 m away, perfect for your shopping or an ice cream at the end of the afternoon. The town centre of Valras is located 1.5 km away, with its markets, shops and typically Mediterranean atmosphere.
