Welcome to our Florence Beach House getaway! Whether you want a quiet relaxing time at the beautiful Central Oregon Coast or, are into Sand Dune Recreation, this is a very spacious, clean single-level home in great condition! Located very close to Heceta Beach on a spacious and quiet wind-protected sandy lot. You can hear the beach!

Close-by attractions/activities include:
Heceta Beach, SandPines Golf Course, Several Lakes, Honeyman State Park, Heceta Head Lighthouse, Sea Lion Caves, Cape Perpetua, South Beach Jetty, Historic Old Town Florence, Siuslaw River Bridge, Oregon Dunes Recreational Area, Sand Master Sandboarding, Sandland Adventures, Plethora of Hiking Trails, Thor's Well, Siuslaw Pioneer Museum, Darlingtonia State National Site, Oregon Coast Military Museum, Veterans Memorial Park,, Carl G. Important Information: There are two (2) outdoor motion security lights/cameras. One is located by the main door entering into the kitchen area covering the keybox, BBQ, and end of driveway. The second is located at the NW corner of the house covering the driveway entrance. This is to monitor the property during vacancy and guest security.

We were very happy with our rental in Florence, Oregon. It was very clean, and very well stocked. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for an enjoyable three days at the coast.

The house was nice, very clean, and plenty of room for 6 people. We only had 4 and enjoyed having our own bathrooms. Only had one issue and Andy was able to resolve it in a reasonable amount of time. It’s nice and secluded from the other neighbors and you can hear the ocean from the big wrap around deck - which really is only a 5-6 minute walk away! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for a family or multiple couples.

My family and I have stayed here twice. It's a very nice property located conveniently close to the beach and modestly secluded. The beds are clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and it's well stocked with games and movies. We loved our stay.

This property has a good amount of space, nice outdoor set up, and is near to the beach. Besides that, there isn't a lot good to say. The beds were hard, old, and uncomfortable. The pantry was locked and the kitchen not stocked. There was so many knick-knacks on every surface that there wasn't much room to put your stuff. In addition to all this, there was about a HUNDRED pictures of the family all over the house, including the bathroom and BEDROOMS, which was quite unwelcoming. There was also extensive, unrealistic cleaning instructions upon departure that asked you do two loads of laundry, the dishes, and basically pick up the whole house before you leave. Nothing about about this house made you feel like you were at a home-away-from-home, instead, it felt like you were somehow intruding on this family's home and better leave it in tip-top shape. Sadly, can't recommend.

Excellent home just a block from Heceta Beach. The home is clean, private, well stocked with comfortable beds. Communication with our host was great and we had no issues. We will be back for sure!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time. The beach is super close and we lucked out and had sunshine. The house had everything we needed. The deck is amazing and my kids loved the hammocks and horse shoe pit.

We LOVED staying here. It was clean, serene, and beautiful. We felt at home right away with everything we need at our fingertips. Our 6 year old granddaughter was staying nearby with her parents. She was enthralled with the tiny loft and wanted to live there.
