*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.


Located in the SunDestin Resort, this beachfront condo is coastal living area at its finest. The prime location leaves you within a leisurely stroll or bike ride to local attractions and restaurants. Sit out on the ocean-view balcony and simply enjoy a refreshing cocktail and listen to the sounds of the waves roll in. This lovely condo features three well-furnished bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom. When you stay at SunDestin, take advantage of shared amenities such as a pool, hot tub, grill, and sauna. Added perks of this family-friendly stay include complimentary WiFi, cable, and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

3 Bedroom 3 Bath

We choose this unit because we needed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and that are not that many properties that have this as an option. There were others but either they were way more expensive or they required a 1 week stay and we only wanted to stay 5 days. It is a little dated buy everything worked well, the only thing that was not perfect is the internet, my laptop did fine but our phones were very slow to load data, and the whole property is on the same provider.

Don’t do it!

Do not recommend this condo. The only good thing was the view. There was mold in the showers around the doors and on the ceiling, the beds sounded like plastic and were extremely loud anytime you moved. The paint was chipped all over the apartment and it overall needs updating. The ice machine kept messing up and sticking open and we would come back to puddles of water all over the kitchen. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow. And the worst part was that the door DID NOT LATCH OR LOCK. Thankfully there was a hook latch that kept the door from fully opening but if you pushed hard on the door it would open. Definitely not worth the money, at all!

Not the best experience

We have used Vacasa for nearly a decade and have always been very pleased. This time, the condo we booked was sold so we were moved to a different condo. The new condo was not remotely comparable, the internet and phone was basically non-existent, there was no tub in the master bathroom, the sink garbage disposal didn’t work, and more. The condo was nowhere close to worth the price paid, even though it came down with the change. I have sent feedback via multiple methods to Vacasa and never even received a response. This is most unfortunate and we will likely no longer book with Vacasa due to this experience.

Everything with the condo was fantastic except for our toilet seat being cracked. Had to wrap a hand towel around it to keep from pinching us everytime we sat down. Other than that the condo was amazing
