デスティンで最も人気のあるビーチリゾートの1つにあるこの4ベッドルーム、3バスルームのコンドミニアムは、フロリダでの次の休暇に最適です。 シルバービーチタワーズイースト1601は、広大なビーチフロントバルコニーを備えたエンドユニットで、パノラマの景色を望む屋外エンターテイメントに最適です。 オープンコンセプトのフロアプランには、ほぼすべての部屋から設備の整ったキッチンとビーチの景色があります！

3つのゲストベッドルームはすべて、コンドミニアムの街側にあり、デスティンエリアの素晴らしい景色を望む家具付きバルコニーにアクセスできます。 各客室にはクイーンベッドと薄型テレビが備わっています。 1つのゲストベッドルームには専用バスルームがあり、他の2つのゲストベッドルームは3番目のフルバスルームの近くにあります。 独立したランドリールームには、フルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機があります。

Loved this property

We enjoyed our stay. This place was gorgeous and recently updated along with amazing views. Great location. One of the bathroom doors were locked and there was quick response to get it opened up. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for what we needed. The place was very clean and had beautiful ocean views. The easy check in and out process along with great parking meant for a great family trip. Easy access to the pool and beach made this trip a breeze for our family of 7. Will stay again!

Beautiful unit, great location

Very nice furnishings. Super clean with nice amenities. Quiet building. Really nice pool area and beach area. Great location in the heart of Destin. Compass was very responsive to questions, and late check in process was very easy! We will come back.

Spring Break trip

Condo was beautifully decorated but most importantly very clean! Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you needed. Best rental i have stayed at! Silver Beach was amazing. Compass was texting and checking on us to see if we needed anything and got right back with me after i texted them with a question. Highly recommend using Compass rental and staying at this property! Thank u fir a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful condo with great views. Every bedroom had balcony access. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels in each bathroom. We loved our stay and plan to return. The only disappointment was the tiki bar at the pool closed super early everyday. We enjoy getting drinks and food while On the beach so we were bummed they closed before 4pm. The waitress would come to the beach to take orders, and then deliver to you. those girls worked their tails off and did a great job. Very friendly and quick service.

Perfect property!

We got to the condo an hour early, and check in was available and super smooth! We had no hiccups during that process. The condo was in great condition and had the perfect amount of room. We were down there for a wedding, and divided the condo between 4 couples and it was perfect! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with our plans every day, but the condo we stayed in had board games that kept us busy if we couldn’t go to the beach! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Destin Luxury

This condo was so beautiful & comfortable. We felt so relaxed & safe with the fob entrance & secured parking garage. The kitchen was great & the condo quant but roomy. Great location for driving the busy main road through Destin traffic. Access to the beach & the chair set up was very easy. The views from the sixteenth floor were wonderful. However, I will say I was expecting more of a full beach view. The Las Vegas style strip view from the East was not appealing to us for a beach trip. I would suggest 2 improvements. 1. Better lighting over the dinning table. Playing games with very little evening light was difficult. 2. Need a full length mirror somewhere. I would defiantly stay at these condos again but maybe try a center unit with a full beach view.

Beautiful condo!

This property was beautiful. It is very spacious, and the view is stunning. We truly enjoyed our stay. Sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean was the perfect ending to every day.
