The living room is elegantly furnished and offers a comfortable retreat for socializing or simply taking in the serene surroundings. For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 12 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.



The Space:

La Salamandre boasts a total of six luxurious bedrooms. Five of these bedrooms feature king-size beds, each exquisitely decorated and equipped with ensuite bathrooms, offering both comfort and privacy. The sixth bedroom features two twin beds, making it an excellent choice for families or friends traveling together. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, offering a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights.

Arrival and Departure Transfer

Complimentary Transfers

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled directly on Simpson Bay Lagoon in Terres Basses, St. Martin, La Salamandre offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. It's just a short distance from the pristine shores of Baie Rouge Beach, where you can soak in the Caribbean sun or indulge in water sports. Additionally, this villa is within a short drive of numerous restaurants and vibrant nightlife, ensuring you can explore the island's culinary and entertainment offerings with ease. La Salamandre invites you to experience the epitome of Caribbean luxury and the rich beauty of St. Martin's natural surroundings.



Other Things to Note:

* Heated pool is available during Winter months Dec. 17th to April 15th

- The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees / Fahrenheit/30 Celsius

- The guests are not allowed to change the pool temperature by themselves.

- If the guests have a specific temperature they prefer should inform the concierge team prior to the arrival as the pool

temperature needs to be set by the maintenance team.



Interaction with Guests:

*All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to a 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa as described in the

‘Conditions’ and include all utilities (electricity, water, gas).



All Events must be under the supervision of an event planner including, installation of the decor, catering, and cleaning of the villa’s grounds after the Event.

The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or authorization to operate on the

French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.



Villa’s include the services of one (1) housekeeper for basic assistance, unless specified differently in the ‘Conditions’. Villa staff gratuities are

not included but much appreciated by the housekeeper.

These rates are correct to date, but are subject to change without prior notice.

La Salamandre Schedule:

Day 1 / Installation from 2PM

Day 2 / Event Day till 2AM latest

Two (2) bedrooms are included in the rental rate - for preparation use only -. In case more bedrooms (for preparation) are required the additional cost is $500* per room
