I just wrapped up a wonderful staycation at Mia's adorable bungalow in the Highlands. The neighborhood is so quiet and close to everything I wanted to do in Highlands, Sea Bright and Sandy Hook. The bungalow was neat and organized and just what I expected. Thank you Mia and Tony for providing a wonderfully relaxing few days!

Beautiful rental close to Hartshorne

Such a lovely home in Highlands, close to excellent food, hiking, and beaches. Mia and Tony are great hosts. Loved our stay!

Peaceful stay at the cottage

Highly recommend! Had a wonderful stay with my kids. Great location and the hosts Maria and Tony were there to check in and make sure our stay was great!

It was perfect for our trip! Just as pictured, clean, had everything we needed and Mia was super responsive and helpful! Lots to do within 5-10 min drive

Great stay

The house was so cute and very clean. Beds and couch were extremely comfortable. We loved the location, up and away from the busy section of town but still close to everything. Really appreciated the baby friendly toiletries and cleaning supplies too! We’d love to stay here again. We have family in the area so we visit often.

My husband, son, and I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The house was clean and smelled nice, and it is larger than it looks in the photos. The bedding and towels were in excellent condition, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer after a long beach day. We did not have trouble parking two cars. The lemon motif on the refrigerator was super cute! My only advice is to watch your head when standing up from the kitchen table.

Spacious cozy cottage !

Space was open and clean. Great location near Sandy hook, many wonderful restaurant's and places to shop. Host was responsive and sweet and helped with any questions we had!

Perfect cottage in nice neighborhood

Walk out your door to rolling streets of beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to Sandy Hook and Sea Bright. Good choices for restaurants, near and in surrounding areas. Great time overall!!

Wonderful getaway

I’ve been going to Sandy Hook for more than 40 years, but this year I decided to stay close to the beach. The cottage made my multiple visits to Highlands even more special than ever. I celebrated my mother’s 77th birthday along with my aunt. The closeness of the cottage made my four day three night visit so much more rememberable. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host Mia made sure that nothing was missing from our enjoyable stay at the cottage.

It’s a cute, comfortable cottage style place in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to Sandy Hook for beach time. It’s great for one person or a couple. The hosts are kind and accommodating. My only disappointment is that I thought from the photos that I had access to a fenced yard but the yard is for the neighboring house where the hosts live. Still, that is only a small inconvenience and may not matter to many.

The fenced yard shown in the listing photos belongs to the main residence next door, where we reside, and is not included as part of this rental. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
