Looking for the perfect family getaway, ski lease, or remote work retreat in South Lake Tahoe? This fully furnished home offers cozy comfort and breathtaking water views—just 5 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos.
Enjoy a warm fire by the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and 3 spacious bedrooms—all with king beds and TVs. The home also features 2 beautifully remodeled bathrooms (one with a heated tile floor), plus a den/office for work or relaxation.
Parking for two cars and snow removal are included in the monthly rent. One small dog may be considered with prior approval.
Tahoe Keys HOA amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool (with lap lanes and a diving board), two large outdoor Jacuzzis, a private beach and pier, tennis and basketball courts, and scenic green belts. Minutes from Heavenly Gondola, world-class ski areas, restaurants, and endless recreation.
Fees apply per person for use of HOA amenities.

Bring your skis, snowboards & sleds. Heavenly is just 5 miles away and a short drive to Sierra Ski Ranch or Kirkwood. Just a 10 minute boat cruise from the dock to the lake, a 5 minute drive from the home to the beach, less than 2 miles to great restaurants, breweries, and entertainment. Take the Heavenly gondola to the mountaintop for skiing or snowboarding. Stateline casinos, shows and attractions are just 5 miles away. The great room features an open-concept design with high ceilings, amazing views, dining for 6 and room to gather in the living room in front of the cozy fireplace. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a king bed and television. There is also an office with a desk and chair if you are working or just checking emails.

Plenty of storage for ski equipment and snow removal is included during the winter. Access to the private amenities in the Tahoe Keys including a year-round indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, private beach & pier, basketball and tennis courts, kids play area & volleyball courts. Use of the Tahoe Keys amenities does require the purchase of a daily or weekly pass. The fee can be paid during your visit at the TKPOA office.
