Gorgeous views of the riverfront, south Fort Myers and city night lights of downtown Fort Myers. Walk, bicycle or trolley a half mile to the streetscapes of shops, restaurants and cafes. We have the best night life and most popular restaurants in Fort Myers. Lots of fun for all ages. Pickleball, water access and amenities. Don't miss the music and art walks on Friday nights and the weekend special events. So much to do! Publix is within a mile and the beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers can be reached through city streets within 45 minutes. Or lounge in our infinity, riverside pool and spa. Just an elevator ride down in your private elevator from your foyer. Pool closed for repairs until June 2023

The condo was a perfect place to spend a month in Florida. I felt at home immediately. It was well decorated and furniture was good including an incredibly comfortable couch. Nice amenities in the unit and in the complex. The location was close to town, with a lot of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Another beautiful stay

Thank you Kelly and Mike for being such gracious hosts. Your home is beautiful, comfortable and the waterfront is so peaceful. We really appreciate the many amenities you provide. My husband especially enjoyed the fitness center and practicing his pool shots. The location is very convenient for various activities. We highly recommend this condo.

We had a delightful stay

Thank you Kelly and Mike for such a delightful stay at your beautiful condo. The location was perfect and your condo was very spacious and meticulous in decor. We found the view of the large span of riverfront so relaxing whether on the wraparound terrace or sitting in the great room - what a view! The bed was very comfortable with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We are especially thankful that Mike met us upon arrival and gave us a very comprehensive tour of the grounds and amenities, our underground, secured parking spot and the semiprivate elevator to the condo. He fully showed us how to operate all the technical systems and WiFi. We were also surprised to a gorgeous fresh floral arrangement on the dining room table - nice touch, Kelly. We highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.
