2.5 Miles To Pier Park & Frank Brown Park! Walking Distance To Mike's Cafe! 15 Minutes To 30A! Right Across The Street From Beach Access 71! One small dog per reservation is permitted, pending weight/breed approval from host, for insurance purposes.

This darling 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom 2 story townhome is located directly across from the beach in a small, family friendly condo complex on the quieter west side of town with 3 pools, one of which is seasonally heated {November-March}, a hot tub that overlooks the Gulf Of Mexico, a fitness facility and tennis courts. It has been fully updated with modern furnishings and decor. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to work from the beach or for your family vacations. In low season, we also host a variety of traveling professionals and snowbirds! Mike's Oyster Bar and Cafe is within walking distance, Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are just over 2 miles away, making this the perfect place to stay if you're attending events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and more. This condo is also a short drive to 30A and Camp Helen State Park. Don't delay! Book this beautiful beach house today!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

This property has security cameras recording 24/7 at the front door / driveway and backyard that are there strictly to monitor the property when it is unoccupied, ensure occupancy is adhered to and to reference in case of an emergency or accident.

We will not be renting from High Tide realty with Liv Hood again. Our experience was not the best. The unit on arrival was not very clean and when we reached out to her about it she was no help. I communicated with her through VRBO since that was how we booked the unit and her response times were very slow. She stated that she doesn’t receive notifications when people message her through VRBO, which is not true. I was receiving notifications when she messaged be back through VRBO through my email. Liv was also very adamant that we text her private number. I’m assuming so VRBO didn’t have documentation of the issues. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly, kitchen towels were stained and looked dirty, we saw more than a couple bugs and when I messaged her about it she pretty much blew it off saying that she had time stamped pictures of the unit being cleaned. There was also nothing to hand wash dishes with no dish rag, sponge etc.The cold water in the hall bath upstairs didn’t work. I messaged her about it and she did send someone to fix it pretty fast. Maintenance said that it has done this before and has been an ongoing problem. So I feel like this should have been taken care of when the “cleaners” were cleaning and noticed it wasn’t working, before we even checked in.Portside Resort property was very nice and we would stay at Portside again, just with a different property management.

Hi! We did offer to deploy a cleaner to address any concerns you may have had, and you declined. We were, and still are, having issues with VRBO notifications; not only with receiving notifications for messages, but also with them dispersing our Welcome Guide's and automated messages, and THAT is why we include our phone numbers for both cleaning & maintenance, so we can address our guests directly, in a timely manner. We realize you were not having that issue on your end, which is great, but it has been an ongoing issue for us with this platform. Palmetto bugs in Florida are a thing in the summer. All Portside condos are treated for pests on a monthly basis, both inside and out. If they die, the treatment is doing its job. We cannot control Mother Nature; we just address the issues as they come. We do not advertise that we provide dish soap in our starter kit of amenities disclosed in the listing, we provide a starter kit of dish pods since this unit has a dishwasher. Guests are free to purchase any items they may need outside of what we state we provide, at any of our nearby stores. When the cleaners cleaned the upstairs bathroom, there wasn't an issue with the knob for that shower or they would have told us and we would have sent someone over before check-in to fix it, rather than during your stay. All of our linen is laundered by a professional wash/dry/fold company & we offered to bring more towels. You said you found the others, so there was no need... Thank you.

Fun fact: I stayed in this complex when I first moved to PCB, so I'm very partial to it. I love everything about it... That there are no elevators or parking garages to deal with, that there are 3 pools, one of which is heated for when temperatures get cooler, the hot tub, the friendly people, that there's no one above or below you and that you are a walk across the street from the beach.
