Well-exposed south/east. Large terrace and pergola (sea view). Private parking. All amenities within 500 m. Quiet setting. Children's playground at the entrance to the residence.
Ground floor: Very well-equipped open-plan kitchen/serving hatch opening onto the living/dining room and its veranda.
EQUIPMENT: Dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, microwave.
Laundry room: Washing machine, oven. 1 separate toilet. Veranda and terrace at the front (garden furniture). Terrace at the rear (barbecue).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed) & terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (double sink), and separate toilet.
