The chalet on stilts was completely renovated in 2023. Very bright and well-equipped. A 10' walk from the wide sandy beach where JJ Beineix's film 37°2 Le Matin was shot.
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200), one with two bunk beds (90x190) and one with two single beds (90x190).
An attractive 25 m2 living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Dolce-gusto coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, electric kettle, two-door combined refrigerator, vacuum cleaner. Washing machine in bathroom. Large 19 m2 terrace to enjoy the outdoors on sunny days.
Air conditioning and fiber WiFi.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Sheet rental available. (10€ per bed)
Obligatory departure cleaning (45 €) for rentals with pets.
Cleaning fee of 45€ (if taken, the rental will be vacated at 10am).
Parties are not permitted.
All local shops 500 m away. Parking at the bottom of the chalet.
The village of Gruissan is 15' from Narbonne and 45' from Carcassonne and its medieval city. Between land and sea, it offers great walks and visits, including the Tour Barberousse, the Salin, the Cabanes de l'Ayrolle and the Chapelle de Notre Dame in La Clape.
It's also the ideal place for sports. There's a water sports base on the Chalets beach.
