Cozy 2 BR Cottage steps from the Beach. Pet Friendly.

*** From Memorial Day to June 10th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

Dewey is The! Best

We enjoy are stays in Dewey Beach Delaware. It is a pet friendly town. We are just steps away from the beach. Great places to eat and Woody's is the best. There is a nice little place called the Sunrise Restaurant for breakfast.

Pleasant Visit to Dewey

The property is near all things in Dewey. It can be a little loud in the evening because of its closeness to the downtown night life. But the convienance to the beach is well worth it! Plenty of off street parking too!

Great Location, great value

The fact that it is so close to the beach and reasonably priced really puts it as an A+ in the value category. Simply and efficiently appointed, linens and paper products are not provided.

Last minute trip

This property was perfect for my family. We have 2& 4 year old girls. It was so close to the beach that it was easy to come and go with them! Would love to come back another time! It was great for our dog too. Close walk to everything which was nice too.

Lovely, cozy cottage by the ocean!

This sweet, small 2 bedroom cottage has all you could want, just a short walk feim the sand and surf! Totally recommend you enjoy Krista's lovely beach getaway.

Great time in Dewey

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Krista’s Beach House. As always it was clean and ready for us. The update to the bathroom and shower was very nice. Location is always great. We are planning on staying again next year.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Location is fantastic & the beach house was cozy & perfect for us. The best part was being able to have our dogs with us! Highly recommend this spot for an enjoyable stay at Dewey Beach (or as a neighbor called it Doggie Beach!) Thank you!

Location, Location!!!!

Couldn’t ask for a better walk to the beach, stores and restaurants! So close to everything. Loved the dog friendly area, beaches. Would definitely go back.

Dewey beach

Great weekend!

The beach house was clean, updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend at the beach! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 4 nights. We loved the location - so close to the beach and a jolly trolley stop. We hope to go back next summer!

Great beach rental!

Krista’s house was the perfect vacation house. Close to the strip and only a few steps from the beach. Everything you needed was right there. We loved this trip and would 100% return.

great place great location

small but very nice and very clean place with a location that can't be beat given how close it is to the beach, Dewey restaurants and the trolley to Rehoboth. Very dog friendly. Greenery around the patio is a very nice touch. Kids and dog all had a fantastic time.

So close to the beach

This cottage provided everything we needed for a relaxed weekend at the beach. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated.
