この素晴らしい1階のコンドミニアム（2019年3月に更新）には、2つのベッドルームがあり、両方にクイーンベッド、リビング/ダイニングエリア（クイーンスリーパーソファ）があります。 洗濯機と乾燥機、設備の整ったキッチン。 囲まれたポーチは中庭を見下ろします。 外装にはガスグリル、2つの屋外シャワー、テーブルと椅子があります。正面に1つの駐車場と1つの駐車許可証が提供されます。 美しいビーチからわずか数軒の家から、多くのレストラン、パブ、ジョリートロリー停留所まで徒歩圏内です。 逃げるのに最適な場所！ 7月と8月は、毎週のレンタル（土曜日から土曜日）でなければなりません。 年中無休!! 冬、春、秋は毎週または週末の週末にレンタルできます。 スモークフリーコンプレックス＆ペットフリーユニット！ 所有者は、デラウェア州の認可された不動産業者です。

3rd time staying here, such a great spot for a family of 4 or small group of friends.The beach is steps away. Love the nearby restaurants, you don't have to drive the whole trip if you don't want to, everything is in walking distance.

Amazing location

The owners/host were amazing to work with. The condo is adorable, just right for two adult couples. The location was excellent, super close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We truly appreciate all the personal touches, such as the extra parking pass, and the condo being well stocked.

Haven’t been back to Dewey in 14 years. This property was perfect for our family of 4! Clean, cozy, short walk to the ocean and basically everything! Would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent place for family beach trip

Family and I had a fantastic stay! Place was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores and the beach was only a few steps away! Communication from the host was exceptional and it’s probably one of the best we’ve received! We will be back for sure!

Pat & I have owned our condo for 25 years. We are constantly updating things throughout the unit! We have had a lot of fun with our children & grandchildren here. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It is super cute, steps away from the beach & in a quiet location. Yet e-z to get to restaurants, pubs & the Jolly Trolley. We hope once you visit you will come back for many more. We take lots of pride in our condo & hope you will too! The only thing we ask for you, is to please leave it as you found it. This assures us you would love to come back.

Park your car & walk to all that Dewey has to offer. Quiet location steps, from the beach. Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Unit / complex has so many nice amenities to offer. Available year round. (Weekly rentals are preferred in July & August) Minumim 3 night stay.... Long weekends in the winter, spring & fall. Interested in a monthly rental available October - April, we would love to hear from you. Send an inquiry for our rates! Smoke Free Property. Sorry pet free unit. Must be 25 years old+ to rent. SORRY, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS!
