Wonderful stay

Great location. Easy access. Beautiful view from the back balcony of a greenway leading to the river. Very peaceful. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bath towels etc. Host is very attentive and responds quickly to questions and needs. We’ve stayed twice and intend to come back again.

Lots of room for 4

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Plenty of room, very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfy. Also a very nice view from the big balcony.

This is a GREAT place to stay

We wanted a place to stay that was near San Antonio. This property did not disappoint. It is close to everything. Just a couple miles from Gruene. The condo was very nice and clean! It has everything that you need. The beds are so comfortable! The pool was very nice and we enjoyed being able to cool off on a HOT October day. The balcony was very spacious and has a great view. We were amazed at all of the deer in the area that just wander around, lay in yards, graze at the side of the roads, definitely not something you see very often, if ever! The property was very quiet while we were there. You will find it is just how they portray it to be. Would most definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay! They had just about everything you could need. Before we learned how to change the air-conditioning temperature we could've used extra blankets. But they had everything else we needed.

Impressive!

Loved it from arrival to departure. Everything we needed. Just bought a few groceries. Very calm quiet and not a lot of people. The private driver access was the win. We could literally walk to the river. And not a tube eantrance. Wil def be back. Wildlife was fun to watch

Fun condo - great location

This is our second time to stay at this location and have stayed in two different condos. We love this location and it's ease of access to everything. Wonderful hosts who made the stay simple and fun. My only wish is that there was a way to turn off the night lights attached to the outlets in the bedroom and master bathroom. We had to block them with pillows so that the room would be dark at night. Aside from that one item, everything else was great!

Wonderful Stay

Comfortable and Convenient Location!

The condo was clean and comfortable, in a fantastic location, and with reserved parking available. We really appreciated the added touches of the coffee selection, bottled water, and snacks. Entry instructions were communicated ahead of time, and responses were immediate. We enjoyed the pool and on property river access. I would definitely bring my family here again!

Home away from home

Nice place, close to the river

Condo was as described. Just did not realize at the time of booking it was on the 2nd floor, lots of stairs, however there is an elevator to use. Comfortable beds and lots of room.

Great weekend getaway! Condo was clean and well equipped. Short walk to onsite pool and private river access. Just a few blocks from Schlitterbahn and Comal River. Will definitely return!
