*Transitioning from other STR site to VRBO so reviews and ratings are on that platform. Newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage with 2 porches on rare triple lot, perfect for sunny lawn games and lounging in the shady side yard. Front, partial wrap-around with one end for dining and one end for relaxing. Back porch with daybed, perfect for an afternoon nap! Two bedrooms upstairs with new comfortable mattresses. New half bath upstairs. Updated kitchen with new appliances, including washer/dryer. Fully renovated full bath downstairs. Back sunroom that doubles as a third bedroom; if needed. Otherwise a bright, sun filled room with double daybed and windows all around!

We have family in the Portland area and wanted a place that made it easy to visit them and Peaks was the perfect spot.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Our place is a little off the beaten path which is nice during the busy season on the island. We have porches to enjoy the people passing by (front) or to enjoy some peace and quiet (back). And we have great neighbors!
