- A comfortable sitting area with sofas, flat screen smart TV with both French and English channels.
- A dining area with solid wooden dining table seating 6
- An open plan fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
* A double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, a large double bed (160cm) with shower room and separate toilet.

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find, nestled under the eaves:
* A double bedroom with a king size bed (180cm), bedside tables and lamps.
* A twin bedroom, also with bedside tables, lamps
* A family bathroom, with bath and shower over, and double vanity unit.

* The large private heated pool (14m x 5m) is for your sole use, and is equipped with sun loungers and an electric cover for the children's safety. The pool is heated from early April to Mid october
* 2 hectares of land, offer plenty of space for ball games, and there is a table tennis table.
* The house is situated on the plateau with views over the south Dordogne countryside, and many walks lead from the house, allowing you to discover the surrounding walnut groves and woodland.
