The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (one double – 140x200 and two king 180x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

You will also find a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience.

The apartment has two bathrooms. The first includes a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. The second includes a shower and a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
