VACATION HOME gets a new definition here with activities for all ages. Walking distance to the lake, public boat ramp, kayaking, playground, campground, swimming area, hiking trail, picnic area, and covered pavilion for large groups…plus our incredibly equipped game room. 3 minute drive to Hurricane Marina with seasonal boat rentals and restaurant. House is roomy modern design w/2 king suites, 2 queen BRs, sitting area w/sleeper couch. Well furnished deck & screened porch for additional leisure. The sidewalks at each entry are surveilled by motion triggered security cameras.

Our third year staying at this property and we had another wonderful stay. Communication is wonderful, the home itself is always clean and has everything you could need for relaxing and enjoying the lake. We especially enjoyed the addition of new porch swings this year! We hope to return again next year to enjoy this wonderful home.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you need. My family enjoyed our Christmas get together so much. Plenty of room for our large group and we would love to stay there again.

Great Spot for a Big Group

Great layout. Kitchen, dining room, and living room on the main floor, with a porch balcony and hot tub. First floor game room was great for the kids. Plenty of bedrooms, private space, and baths upstairs.

Quiet getaway with Beautiful view

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice large house and a friendly host. Definitely recommend it. With all mountains and lakes nearby it would be a best place to stay in summer and fall.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

Our group returned to the house for another long Labor Day weekend. The house fits all of our needs and is the perfect place for kids and adults of all ages. We love staying here and hope to be back again next year for our third time.

Perfect weekend getaway

This house was a great place to stay for the weekend. We had 12 people in the house and you couldn't tell it. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Fantastic, cozy home

A quick trip but the house was so cozy, clean and perfect location! Literally nothing negative to say at all! The basement area was perfect for our tweens and teens. The fireplace and Christmas tree is a wonderful touch. Having two washers and two dryers was handy! Loved this house and will be back!

FAMILY RETREAT

This past weekend my family celebrate our Dad's 90 th birthday at this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. Truely a five star experience. The owner Jason was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this house for a great gettaway!

This is it!!

We’ve stayed all over CHL and this has been our most favorite property yet!! Excellent beds, super convenient to the ramp, marina and water. Plus, there’s plenty of space and amenities at the house, both inside and out.

Center Hill Treat

The home felt like home!! We had easy access to the boat ramp, swimming area and a play area. The home had everything we needed and some things we didn’t remember to bring! We are definitely planning to book again we had such great family time.

Beautiful home, lots to do

Perfect home for all ages. Game room was a savior, close to marina, dock for loading and unloading of the boat, and swim area with playground. Perfect amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and tv’s. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. Beautiful porch to enjoy the view. Very relaxing setting.

Perfect retreat for our crew!

We were very impressed and felt right at home in this rental. We loved our time here. We had everything we needed…well stocked kitchen, hot tub, lake views, comfy beds, even high end Electrolux double washer and dryers and keuring with coffee pods included. We also appreciated how they had all the supplies we needed, not just the “starter” set like most hosts do of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent, paper towels, dryer sheets, etc. It was great to have lake views. We also loved having 2 identical master suites. Jason was also readily available if needed. Would like to return!

Being located nearby Hurricane Marina and Floating Mill Recreation Area will assure your enjoyment of your lake vacation. You'll rarely be bored with the available activities both on the property and within a brief walk or drive. Hot tub, table tennis, air hockey, casino style card/craps table, video game console with 3200+ classic arcade titles, board games, corn hole, and kayaks are all on the property and available for your exclusive use. As well, you'll find picnic tables, boat dock, playground, lake beach, hiking trails, group pavilion, and more at the adjacent public park. Within a five minute drive, Hurricane Marina offers a restaurant (seasonal operation) with great food and boat rentals if you reserve early.
