This place was perfect for me and my friends. The layout worked for us and we enjoyed the porch. Went to a great local restaurant nearby and it was a short drive to kayak Burgess Falls. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall a great stay

Inside was as described, perfect for our group. Wish the outside patio was a little more cleaned off to enjoy coffee in the mornings. Will stay here again, though.

Perfect family getaway for all ages

Super clean property, abundant provisions including games and kid toys. Plenty of space to spread out, updated appliances. We had everything we needed for our group of 12 and the property was just what we had hoped for. No lake view, if you’re looking for that. But it was exactly what we needed for a perfect family weekend getaway!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time staying at the Tree House! Lots of space for the littles one to be free, they enjoyed haveing the whole downstairs! 10/10 for me!!!!!!

Nice Cozy Cabin

We enjoyed are stay. Cabin was laid out great and allowed for everyone to be together or split up if needed. The view and the location was great. We spent some time at the lake and outside. We would stay there again!

The interior of the house was nice. There’s plenty of beds, seating, and things to do around the house (games, kids toys, etc).House has a Keurig, not a coffee pot so bring K-cups if you want coffee!The drive in is also a bit sketchy, especially at night. Very steep single-lane gravel hill leading to the house, so be sure to bring the appropriate vehicle!

Annual Family Trip

This place was perfect for our annual family trip. Spacious, and loaded with amenities you dont find at other places. It is definitely one to remember and return to..Convenient to the lake for boating all day too. We'll be back!

Back deck needs a lot of attention (cleaning). Assume nobody has been there in a while. Knee high weeds all around the fire pit. Exterior lights shown in profile pic were not working, only the lights on the deck. Inside of property was perfect, clean and great.

Good stay

The interior areas were clean and tidy. We loved the location to the lake. There are some great outdoor spaces, however, they were very dusty and dirty. This took away from the ability to enjoy them.

Great stay, loved it!!

The house was incredibly gorgeous, tons of room! A shirt walk to the lake but the path was a little too steep to bring down the kayaks. There were great kayaking spots and swimming locations nearby! If you can survive the steel road down, it is well worth the stay.

Great Place for Large Family!

We had 11 adults and two babies, and this place was well equipped for all. It met the needs of different bedtimes and awake times for the little ones very well. Would easily sleep more than the 12 advertised between the trundle beds and all the extras spaces. The 3 levels was perfect for us. Love the balconies too.

Cozy yet Tons of Space

Great layout. Awesome view. Beds were comfortable. Two full kitchens. The driveway is a little tough to get out of without four-wheel-drive, but level parking in front of the house just off the road.

Great Family Weekend Getaway!

Loved everything about this place! We had a great weekend. It was close to Hurricane Marina and we rented a boat for a day. Had a great time relaxing on the porch around the fire pit. *Driveway is steep with loose rock and we had a hard time getting out the first day. But there was parking at the top by the road so no big deal.

Cozy retreat getaway

We came on a Bible study retreat and the property was perfect. There was plenty of seating for everyone both indoor and out. The place is so cozy and very comfortably fit all 9 of us. The outdoor deck area is amazing! We had no issue finding the place. The kitchen it a little small but there’s one upstairs and downstairs so that helped! And very cute decor. Highly recommend!

Awesome Lake House!

I absolutely loved this lake house. It was beautiful and super clean. It is easy to get to and parking for multiple vehicles. The layout of the house is great- plenty of room to spread out. The beds are super comfortable. The outdoor space is incredible! We loved hanging out on the covered porch. There are neighbors to one side but not super close and with the trees it feels private. The property manager was very easy to work with. They even called me to double check that I had received all information and let me know about an event going on nearby. This cabin is probably one of the best I have stayed in- you will not be disappointed.

The road and driveway to this house was bad. We literally had to back up as far as we could up on side of the driveway to get enough speed to make it up the driveway to get out without sprawling gravel all over the place. The house needs some major updating and the furniture needs to be replaced. You sank down into each couch or chair in the living areas. I know you cannot control the outside furniture to some degree, but it obviously has not been cleaned for a LONG time. Again, the cushions were very thin and dirty. We had company come to visit, and was embarrassed of our rental. The layout of the house was excellent, just needs some major TLC. When taking showers in the house, there was water coming down the wall in the kitchenette in the basement. I would suggest removing the carpet and put flooring in that can be cleaned a lot easier!! The carpet definintely needed replaced. I will say when we arrived, the Keurig was not working, and within 1 hour of reporting it, we had a new one set up and verified that it was working. Excellent customer service.

as advertised!!

I normally don't rent a home with little or no reviews but i made an exception based on the pictures and the price. we were not disappointed. no complaints here. plenty of space for our group of 6 men. big living area to stretch out in and watch ballgames and movies. internet was fast. beds comfortable. kitchen stocked adequately. when we arrived the upstairs the hvac had frozen up and not cooling. center hill chalets had someone there in 45 minutes to take of it. will definitely stay here again in the future.

Underwhelmed

Overall the property was fine. The kitchen was a disaster upon check-in. There were drips and stains everywhere so we had to clean that first thing. There is a drawer in the kitchen that is broken but still has utensils that were needed so we had to work around that. There were stains on the carpet in multiple spots and the bedding didn't seem to have been cleaned recently. Most of the doors dont latch, so that was a safety concern for kiddos. Its a shame, because it could be a great property.

Birthday Weekend

Overall the lake house was awesome! There were a few things not up to par. We were cooking dinner & noticed a smell coming from one of the utensil holders on the counter. There was a pile of moldy macaroni & cheese inside of the container. Then while looking through the drawers to find a different set of utensils, there were mouse droppings in almost every drawer to the left of the oven. We cleaned out the utensil holder and washed all of the things that were in it. I took some photos of you would like for me to send them to you.
