The fresh linens and deco...

The fresh linens and decorating were lovely and enhanced our stay. We found the space quite refreshing and truly enjoyed our week. A delightful spot, a real bargain and a place to visit often. Thank you for such a reasonable getaway in such a central location. We’ll be back!!

ANOTHER LOVELY TIME IN HOT-LANTA!

I've stayed at this property once before, and just as last time, this was a truly pleasant experience. Excellent location, beyond comfortable accommodations with everything one could possibly need, very stylish decor and warmth that makes you feel at home. My only fear is that it's such a wonderful place, it might become permanently booked up, hee hee.

Great place to stay!!

Great place to stay, quiet, has everything you need and more. Laundry is definitely a plus close to everything and customer service was great. They even brought quarters to my room. Total Relaxation

This place was absolutely great, it's a small but spacious place for a couple. It's really quiet, and placed in a nice neighborhood. You're going to be in the heart of midtown, so literally everything is near. You can even walk to the nearest Chipotle that's located right up the street. Overall it was a very lovely and inexpensive experience!

I was very impressed with the place not a looker from the outside but the inside beautiful everything was so clean and organized. Proud to Call BCA my Pied-a-Terre

Truly a home away from home. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, quiet, and bathed in natural light. I loved the little oven! The bathroom was new and clean with a roomy shower with good water pressure. Although I found the check-in process to be a little more comprehensive than I had expected, I realized during my stay that it was designed to invite guests who respect the property, are quiet, and not partying or smoking in their units. A wonderful stay!

Close to all the entertainment and food the city has to offer.

Place is nice and homely. Location is good for traveling to all the entertainment and food locations within the city. Only comment would be the parking lot is a bit tight for full size suv's on the upper parking lot, but if that's all I can see as a problem it will not make me want to return again in the future. The one suggestion I would make is to have signs showing where the room numbers are on a wall or stairways on the upper level.

Fabulous Apartment Studios

My boyfriend and I went on our first vacation together. We were lucky enough to find this apt Studio, the room exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very modern and clean. The queen mattress was extremely comfortable we slept like a baby. The location was perfect in a nice quite, safe neighborhood, my boyfriend and I felt safe enough to walk at night to the local restaurants. Mr. Dee was GREAT - quick to answer and made sure our needs were met. Next time when we come to Atlanta we'll definitely staying here again!!!!!!

Great Experience at this Condo!

Arrived at the unit on 9/20/13 to a clean and well appointed condo. The unit had everything needed for a home away from home experience. Checking in was easy and the instructions left on the kitchen table communicated everything that you needed to know to function in the condo unit. The facility is close enough to everything via peachtree street. This is the perfect setting if you have a car as a parking space is available as part of the rental agreement. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back as the rates are probably the most reasonable that you can find in the area.
