Southern Charm vacation rentals presents the gold star penthouse suite located in the heart of midtown ATLANTA.

Southern Charm is a Premiere Partner with HomeAway and Superhost with AIRBNB

The penthouse is minutes away Atlantic Station,SCAD, Piedmont Park, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the Fox Theatre just to name a few

Conveniently nestled among Speciality shops, spas, 5 star restaurants and plenty of shopping.

One Bedroom with Queen Bed
Freshly laundered white lines and 4 standard comfy pillows. 42' Smart TV with unlimited streaming. White tiled floors throughout bedroom leading to walk in closet and newly renovated bathroom. The walk- in closet has a safe to store valuables, an orange bench for easy dressing and a luggage rack. You will also find 2 freshly laundered robes to relax in while visiting with Southern Charm.

Bathroom
Courtesy toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, powder, shower cap, feminine supplies and deodorant, just in case you forgot yours. 3 fresh white bath towels, 2 hand towels, 3 facecloths, 2 pairs of disposable slippers and hair dryer.

The spa shower has courtesy bath wash, shampoo, conditioner and a small stoop. The shower has 6 different water ways

The toilet is a remote controlled bidet complete with a warm seat.

Master Kitchen
Completely stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, drinking glasses, wine glass, oversized plates, bowls, mugs and shot glasses.

Smart stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Wine cooler comes stocked with customary flavored wine coolers and beers. The refrigerator has waters, wine and sodas.

Coffee Bar
Kuerig machine with 4 k-cups, sugar and cream. Flavored teas and breakfast/snack bars.

Portable Bar
4 courtesy alcohol shots, extra wine and shot glasses.

Dining Room
Glass table with seating for 4.

Living Room
The acoustic sounds travel from the living room to outside on the private patio. Large smart TV with unlimited streaming. Leather queen sofa bed complete with fresh linens located in the master closet

Laundry Area
Guest can use the washer and dryer. Please bring your own washing supplies.

Very relaxing private patio with seating for 2.

Property was in a nice area. Parking was onsite. Pictures were accurate but the Picturesque Window that lines the Condo makes this Property stand out!! Beautifully decorated. I recommend and will stay again.

I would definitely recommend and/or book again! We came in town for a concert at the Truist Park Stadium. Location was perfect for a quick uber to and from! The penthouse was fabulously decorated and came with a lot of accommodations!

This Newly renovated and custom decorated luxury top floor gem is accessible by elevator. Secured, covered reserved parking and smartlock technology gets you inside for a speculator penthouse experience

The penthouse is a 2 bedroom 1 spa bath with accommodates 3 guests

Masterful design and modern luxury exudes throughout this space.

Fully equipped master chef kitchen. Large and small appliances and even a wine cooler. Customary snacks coffees and teas. Take advantage of the libations located at the portable bar

Cinema sound throughout the space. Alexa controlled, large smart TVs and business center
