Newly renovated, small gated complex that is pedestrian and pet friendly. The location is an easy walk to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping and a jogging / cycling trail with easy access to 75.

This 500 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1st floor apartment is updated with modern touches. Relax in your home away from home with a new king sized memory foam bed, a fully stocked kitchen with walk in closet and private patio.

Guest interaction is customized to your needs. We are available as little or as much as needed and we are happy to offer local recommendations. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please let me know immediately when issues arise so that they can be addressed immediately.

RESERVATION REQUESTS: We welcome first time guests, you will be evaluated based upon your message request. Prior to submitting a reservation request, ensure that your profile is updated with government ID and includes a profile photo. Please include your reason for visiting and a brief introduction of yourself and any individuals accompanying you. We look forward to hosting you in wonderful Dallas.

PET POLICY: Dogs allowed by pre-approval only and will be assessed a non-refundable $50 per pet cleaning fee, which must be paid at the time of booking. If pet fee is not paid before arrival, your pet will not be allowed on the property. Dogs must be house trained. Any pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. Any dog that becomes disruptive will be removed immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages incurred. Other pets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The apartment was clean. I feel there could have been more bedding, like if someone wanted to sleep or take a nap on the couch, there are only two blankets in the apartment, one thick and one thin. Very central to eating and a healthy walk to Sprouts, Trader Joe's and other stores. Traffic is right out your door. Emergency vehicles quite loud. All equipment worked well. Nice patio on which to sit. We never used the televisions. We had some trouble with the main gate code not working well. Not sure what we were doing wrong or different, but sometimes we had to push the keys over and over before it opened. None of the "drawbacks" were remotely enough for us to not consider this apartment again. Lovely coffee shop directly across the (busy) street. Loved picking pecans. Thank you.
