Arrived Thursday, and the Vrbo was 85 degrees. It took basically all weekend to get to 70. I messaged the host several times to ask if they controlled the A/C with no response. There were only 4 towels, for 4 girls for a whole weekend. Also, there were 2 cockroaches. We were not very happy with our stay, probably would not book again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry your stay did not meet expectations. An 85-degree home upon arrival is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we apologize for both the A/C issue and the lack of timely communication when you reached out. We also take cleanliness and pest prevention very seriously. The property is professionally cleaned regularly—typically at least twice per week between guest stays—and receives routine preventative pest-control treatments. That said, we’re sorry you encountered this during your stay, and we have followed up with our cleaning and pest-control teams. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the towel supply and will make sure the home is appropriately stocked for the number of guests staying. We take your feedback seriously and are disappointed that we fell short during your visit.

In town for a family reunion, it was great to have a home away from home to relax between events. Even better was a full kitchen so we were able to make our breakfasts before heading out for the day. It was very clean, comfortable. Actual real pillows instead of those squares you get in hotels these days. So much better than a hotel all weekend, especially with 4 in our party.

This garage apartment was very cozy and pleasant. The neighborhood is great and mostly quiet. The apartment is accessed from the alley and parking a Subaru Outback took backing into the spot with a multipoint turn. But the location is great considering the price of the unit. In fact, factoring in the price, this place is a great value.

Comfy Cozy!

I would consider this a hidden gem. This location is quiet, cozy and very close to the airport. Cleanliness was definitely a 10/10. The beds are so comfortable. The only thing I would change is theirs is only one TV available to watch but other than that I would definitely chose to stay here again.

Great stay in a great area!

Had everything we needed in a safe area. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Definitely pretty hot during the summer, not sure if the AC was getting run down or if the Texas heat was just too much. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to those visiting for any period of time.
