Walls of windows frame the beautiful scenery, so you can revel in your prime beachfront spot from anywhere in the house. Start your days in the kitchen, fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances to make cooking a breeze. Sip on your coffee and chat at the breakfast bar while your family chef whips up delicious meals. Dine together at one of two dining tables, then gather in the bright & airy living area to relax.
No worries about carrying your luggage - take the residential elevator straight up to any level! The primary king suite is tucked away on the upper level and boasts its own en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private deck. Past the laundry room and elevator upstairs you’ll find a second living area and fun bunk room - perfect for kids or teens. Back on the main level, you’ll find 2 queen bedrooms with a shared en suite full bath.
Step out onto the large wraparound deck, and listen to the birds and the water. Sit back on the rocking chairs, dine al fresco, or soak in the sun. When it’s time to hit the waves, head over the private dune walkover straight to the sand and surf!

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
