When you walk in you’ll appreciate this comfortable and beautifully updated home with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Take in a movie or watch the game in the family room with 80” TV. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for 6 or eat at the sofa table with two bar stools. You’ll love cooking in this bright, open kitchen with white cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready for some competition, head to the game room with regulation size air hockey table and foosball table. Don’t forget to snap a pic at one of the Instagrammable walls.

When you head upstairs, you’ll be ready to relax in your King bedroom suite with TV and custom ensuite bathroom rainfall shower and two sinks. You’ll love the serene BoHo second bedroom with Queen bed and your own TV. You’ll fall in love with the third bedroom with safari theme, including a twin bed with twin trundle and TV. A Rollaway bed and pack-and-play are also available for your convenience.

Head to the backyard to take a dip in the beautiful heated backyard pool (no additional charge for heating) or practice on the putting green before you hit one of our many local courses. The backyard has a patio set and chaise lounges so you can soak up the sun or just enjoy a glass of wine in the gorgeous Arizona weather.

Located just minutes from the US60 and Loop 202 and minutes from restaurants, golf, and shopping. 

15 minutes to Top Golf and Main Event, 10 minutes to Bell Bank Park (Legacy Sports USA), 12 minutes to Fat Cats, 15 minutes to Golfland Sunsplash Waterpark. Four of the Cactus League Spring Training Facilities are within a half hour drive.

House was very nice overall and perfect for what we needed for our stay. We had a lot of fun in the outdoor pool area and it was nice there was a few pool floats available for use. The additional air units in the bedrooms was nice to keep the temp down when sleeping.

"Latitude Adjustment", hosted by Marc, is an outstanding property. Very clean, well stocked and equipped, and designed for a fun leisurely stay. We particularly enjoyed time in the backyard, lounging by the pool and using the putting green. Our family had a great time. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Retreat

This was a great place to stay! The kids had an awesome time in the pool and it was a very nice neighborhood, lots of things nearby. The host was very accommodating, we would love to stay again.

Cozy home with a nice sitting area and pool. Fun putting green and games for the kids. Location was perfect, golf courses all around. my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent.

Had a nice time in Mesa and the surrounding area. This home is conveniently located and very easy to get to and from activities and eateries. The heated pool, patio area and putting green were our favorite pastime at this home. The use of the garage was so nice to keep our car out of the heat. Would stay at this home again.

Wonderful stay!

This was a family trip with myself, my husband and 2 kids aged 5 and 6 and it was absolutely perfect for us! My daughter loved the kids bed and tent and the pool and outside area was amazing! Kitchen and whole house was very well stocked and host is very easy to communicate with.

Great location and pool

Great access to everywhere you need to go in the area. Great pool area and lots of fun little stuff such as mini golf, air hockey and lots of board games. Good communication with manager.

Lovely Home...Great Place to Stay!

Check in and check out was easy and great communication with the owner. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. The pictures are just as the home appeared - very clean and well stocked kitchen. Convenient location - close to hiking trails.

We have one teenage daughter. We love to travel and have stayed at many different types of lodging so we strive to set up a property that feels like a home away from home for you. We have also included many of the amenities that we appreciate when we travel.
