この施設について

Cozy & Clean basement apartment 🏡

We tried to incorporate a little bit of Utah arts in our cozy basement, it has been recently remodeled and brand new carpets!! It's around 1000sqft with a pretty nice size living room & Kitchen.
The space
Our Space is located in the heart of Orem in a quiet and nice neighborhood ,close to grocery stores ,Hospital, restaurants, hikes to find some adventures, parks for pic nics and for the kids to have some fun also splash pad to beat the heat on those hot summer days. We are also 10-15 minutes away from I-15 , the mall. We also live right at the mouth of provo canyon, around 20 minutes to Sundance and the Beautiful drive at Alpine Loop.
Guest access
We currently don't have our laundry room open for guests, but if anything happens and you really need to do your laundry we could open an exception for ya 😉
Other things to note
We DO HAVE KIDS upstairs!! so noise might happen !! (even if we try to keep them quiet (Please keep that in mind when booking, we live upstairs) .
we ask please don't throw anything besides toilet paper in the toilet.
Also the pantry door in the kitchen is private. Please make sure to close both doors going out of the garage so our A.C don't go out of the doors. Don't use the fireplace please.
No smoking , No parties , No pets.
please be respectful and quiet after 11pm. thank you!!! 😊🙏

Cute and clean basement apartment

I really enjoyed this apartment. It has new and sparkling clean furnishings, paint, etc. very inviting and easy to find. Host friendly and available. The one slight drawback is that stairs down to apartment are very steep, which makes dragging a roller bag impossible. As long as you can carry your luggage one flight, it’s no big deal.

Cozy Basement

This rental was tastefully decorated and the host provided lots of towels, extra blankets, and necessities. They were extremely helpful when we had trouble with the entrance code. It is located in a perfect location with a beautiful view.

Perfect place for us to stay - couldn’t have been happier

Just happened upon this place for us to stay right at the mouth of the River canyon. Perfect place for a couple of anglers to stay and get a quick trip to the River after the afternoon activities and before the sun went down.

Excellent, Clean & Comfortable!!

Our family had an excellent weekend stay. We got in extremely late at night and it was great to walk into a comfortable, clean place to sleep and stay. Our families favorite part was the bag of popcorn, cereal and extra goodies. Would definitely stay here again!!
