This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home offers a secluded setting with an amazing view in both directions. Enjoy the spacious great room with floor to ceiling windows & large kitchen with seating for 15. This is perfect for a large group and can accommodate multiple families. The main level has a spacious master suite with covered deck, 2 additional bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a large covered deck. The lower level has a king BR plus a bunk room with 8 bunks, den, and 2 baths. One boat slip available for the guest to use.

No parties or events are allowed. Only those on the reservation are allowed to be at the property. No animals of any kid are allowed During the summer a weekly rental is preferred. Please contact me for exceptions.

Beautiful House/Great Location

This is a fantastic house for a large group. It is well-equipped and has a beautiful view of the lake and a large private dock/swim platform with an open slip for a boat if you rent or bring your own. Note that there are a lot of steps to get down to the water, so it could be difficult for small children or elderly. Also, it is in a high-traffic part of the lake near Trident Marina, so be ready for a fair amount of boat traffic on holiday weekends. Tony, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent from him again.

Great property

Beautiful home on Smith Lake. Very functional for multiple families staying together. Many options for outside sitting. View was unbelievable.

Summer Fun

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The home is spacious with beautiful views and such a peaceful setting. Home has everything you need and is very lovely. We had so much fun grillling, playing games, and watching movies. The spot on the lake is so convenient to Trident but far enough away from the heavy boat traffic. Weekdays are perfect as there was little to no boat traffic and it was so peaceful. Just a great, new, lovely home!!

GREAT STAY

rented for a family stay at the lake. Excellent location with wonderful views of Smith Lake. The property is in excellent condition and is well-supplied. Home is minutes from Trident Marina by boat or auto. No reservations at all about staying here again.
