*NO SMOKING INSIDE.

*Up to May 15th of 2025 construction works will likely be taking place on next door property, during the weekdays only. New bungalow is framed up and any noise would more than likely be on the inside at this point in time. However, there could be occasional noise from 8am-7pm {Monday to Friday}.

* Georgia Bungalow has had many upgrades during the last month, which are not reflected on pictures or videos … will update those soon. Check out our videos of property on Facebook @ Helen Bungalows - downtown convenience on quiet, back street.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We encourage all of our guest to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen medical or weather emergencies. We will no longer issue refunds outside of VRBO's refund agreement. Please plan ahead and protect your vacations.

Bedroom 1 (Queen) Bedroom 2 (twin beds, one twin trundle (closest to window) that can be moved to stationary twin to make king, if preferred. Full bath with tub/shower.

Pet friendly for our well behaved friends. Please help us stay pet friendly by picking up behind your pets outside.

Approx. 30 - 50ft (across the street) just before, at end of fence and at the old bridge, provides access to Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river. Save on parking by staying with us downtown. Walk to downtown shopping, liquor store and our famous Betty"s Country Store (IGA) for groceries. Walk to our many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck with live music and seasonal karaoke. Enjoy the indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & tubing during those warm summer days and don't forget the zip lines and rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone.

Wonderful cabin! Loved the bear motif. Lots of cute details. Very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The location was great - easy walk to the main street.

Cindy did a great job communicating and even dropped by to say hi for a minute. The remodel of the bungalow was well done. Great location to main street we walked everywhere very easily on the sidewalks. Cool place for a weekend getaway.

My husband and I recently visited Helen Georgia and stayed this cozy little VRBO. It was perfectly located one block off the main road, making it an easy walk to all the lovely little shops and restaurants. We arrived a little early and had the opportunity to meet our host who was so very nice and welcoming. This is definitely one of my favorite places that I have stayed. Everything we needed was available and we will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful time in Helen; and this charming and cozy little bungalow was perfect for us! It was so clean and cute! Cindy was a wonderful host too! I had to text her on a Friday night with a question; and she called with an answer almost immediately! Definately will want to stay here when we visit Helen again!!

Everything you need is there bring clothes and food that is it. The cabin sits about a block behind main street so you are away from the heavy noise but so nice you can walk to everything. The cabin is cozy and Cindy is amazingly friendly. You will not regret renting one of their cabins.

Everything was great! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to downtown shops, dining and the grocery store was just around the corner. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch across from the river with our coffee in the morning. The host was very quick to reply when booking and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Convenient

We have stayed at this location several times. All I need is the river and Betty's. So this cabin is nearly perfect for me. Close to shopping and eating locations.

Cozy cabin

This cabin was the perfect location for sitting on the porch for a quiet night or walking up the block to downtown Helen. I stayed here with my husband, 7 year old son and 1 dog, and everyobe had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely thrilled with our second stay at this cottage. More than clean it was immaculate and so well stocked that we brought nothing with us and everything we needed and more was provided. The location could not be better! Easy walk to downtown Helen. We go every year to October Fest and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Our host Cindy was so kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend this property. It can't be topped!!! Book it you will not be disappointed!

Great location in Helen

Perfect size and location for a girls trip weekend in Helen. It was easily walkable to downtown and was on a quiet back street. We would definitely stay here again.
