Welcome to The Porch A (This is a duplex property. Check out Porch B if you have friends and family that want to be close, but want their own space)– This is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat nestled in a quiet, gated community. While peaceful and secluded, it’s just a short walk to the nearby waterpark and only 1.2 miles from downtown’s shops, restaurants, and lively attractions.

Take in scenic views of Mount Yonah as you relax on the front porch with a good book, dine al fresco, or unwind by the indoor fireplace. For a fun outdoor adventure, enjoy tubing down the beautiful Chattahoochee River—just minutes away.

This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two small dogs (combined weight up to 50 lbs) and is part of a 2-unit duplex. Traveling with a larger group? Book both units together for extra space and comfort.

This homes is well equipped, centrally located within 5 minutes of everything. The pool was clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed being able to relax in the clean space. The beds slept very well.

Perfect for all 3 of us 57-87 and the puppy. Kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. Close to Helen and waterfalls. We also enjoyed the pool!

We enjoyed our stay at the Front Porch. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was cleaned as well as this rental. Zero issues on cleaniness. Everything described on VRBO was accurate. Perfect location and our host was very kind and helpful. The location was very close to Helen, which we appreciated very much. We will definitely stay here again and thank our host for allowing our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this property for our birthday trip to Helen. The house was clean (exactly as described), and communication with the property owner were fantastic. The small hiccup we had was addressed and fixed asap, which we appreciated. We were within walking distance of basically anything we needed in Helen, and the area was safe and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Best birthday ever!

This is by far the PERFECT place to stay in Helen. Quiet & Cozy yet so close to main street!The host is amazing about communication and truly cares about the experience you have. Super clean and well appointed condo. Whether you are staying for a weekend or a week, you will find everything you could need. I would give this host and this unit 10 Stars if I could!

This is in a great location. Just 1 mile from downtown Helen. The accommodations are very nice and we had all the amenities of home. We had excellent communication with the host. We will definitely look to book this home again for future trips

The house exceeded our expectations! Our host was amazing. The Internet went out due to a storm and she helped us get it back on immediately. The house is very close to the heart of town. We definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

Innsbruck offers fantastic amenities, including a golf course and access to the luxury spa at the Valhalla Resort—making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure. It truly gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful mountain vibes with easy access to town.
